    Annual furnace maintenance

    This is the 3rd time I used the service. 2 Annual maintenance and one repair. The blower failed around 4 pm. Called them immediately. Around 9:30 pm a technician came in and fixed it temporarily. Next day new part came in installation was done. No brainer for purchasing the annual maintenance fee for the furnace.

    Furnace Maintenance

    When the technician completed the annual furnace maintenance in December, he didn’t provide a report/checklist of his work the way it was done the previous years; he said that he will put it in the mail. Few weeks passed and I still didn’t receive the report; I followed up with Enercare who advised that the report will be emailed to me instead. When I received the report by email after I followed-up one more time, I was surprised to see a signature on the report. Not wanting to assume anything, I called to clarify what that was. I was told it was my signature. I was shocked and worried. How can they pretend this is my signature? Why do they need to go through this trouble unless there was something wrong with the furnace? I requested clarification. When the manager called me some time later, all she said was that she considered the maintenance complete, she couldn’t give any explanations and didn’t want to cooperate in any way. I also received in the mail the report with the fake signature. Few days later I received a letter from a VP and the report with the signature section taken out. All this is very unprofessional and suspicious. I completely lost trust in the company and the services they provide.

    Furnace cleaning and maintenance Protection Plan

    I have a maintenance plan for my Heating and Furnace protection which includes a maintenance and cleaning visit each year making sure everything in the furnace is clean and in good working condition. Their representative comes each year to complete this service in a friendly and informative way. This Heating maintenance plan is well worth what I pay for it knowing that things are clean and working well and if I ever have a problem, they are here quickly to address the problem.

    Side by side fridge

    I am very fustrated at the moment.My Jennair has a cold meat section.The lid that covers it cannot stay in place because one of the hooks that keeps it in place is broken.I had this whole thing replaced before by them but for some reason now,they have classify this part as something that the policy does not covers.They wouldn't even send a tech. out to take a look at the problem.Waste of money taking out a protection plan for appliances if that is their attitude.

    Water Heater Maintenance

    Placed a call due to having no hot water. The tech was rude and short with my wife. When she asked him to explain what he was doing, he told her that she "wouldn't understand" and asked if her husband was home. After minutes of back and forth, he begrudgingly explained that he was replacing the thermostatic gas control. This is my first interaction with these guys and I'm not impressed. Won't be signing up for the maintenance plan any longer.

    Enercare = Ani't Care

    We have used the Heating Protection Plan for more than 5 years. And finally the furnace needed the service as it broke down at one cold night. The service agent we have talked to didn't want to spend time understand the problem, but only trying to sell us additional protection plan. Like many others said, they sent the wrong guy the first time. Followed by the right technician, twice, but the problem was not fixed as the technician said, "the furnace is running in front of me, so there is nothing I can fix." Service level like that today is totally unacceptable. Anyone can replace a broken part, but we were expecting that they could see the small problem before it become a disaster, especially we are talking about a furnace, fire hazard, carbon monoxide, you name it. Rather than fixing the problem, the technician suggest us to rent a new one. A quick check shows that their price are crazy high. Since we have lost our confidence on Enercare, we have cancelled the service. Even we have to pay for the 10 months of service that we haven't, and wouldn't, used. Who needs a service that doesn't help anything? If you have read this far, we have ended up buying a new furnace, of course from other company. The service quality comparing to Ani'tCare is night and day. Shop around, be a smart customer. Sometimes the leaking through those so-called protection plan is much serious than others.

    Professional & Courteous

    Fast. Courteous. Clean. Respectful. We are very pleased with the quality of work and how quickly our heating issues were resolved. The men who installed our new furnace were extremely professional!

    Good Quality Service

    Great service all the way around. From the initial call to set up appointment, I find Enercare great to deal with. The people on the phone are easy to deal with and knowledgeable. Once the appointment is set up, a confirmation is sent and the technician always arrives as per agreed date and time. All the technicians i have dealt with have been friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. They offer suggestions to get the best service out of my products and really respect my home, i.e. cleaning up after themselves.

    Heating/Furnace Service

    The gentleman who came to service our furnace was a very helpful, kind and subject matter expert. Customer service was very helpful in scheduling an appointment. keep up the good work/service.
