    Water Heater Install

    The install technician's arrived at the promised time. They were very polite and efficient. They explained what was going to be done and took care to not leave a mess.

    Easy to communicate with...answers my questions in a kind manner...very attentive and knows what he is doing...gives advice regarding safety...respects my house and you know he is passionate in what his doing since this technician came to my house night time, working in a long hours, he still in his good mood, very professional....I give two thumbs up for him and keep up the great work!!..for $24 monthly payment for my protection plan not a bad for an excellent service I got... pls. continue the great service Enercare!

    HVAC Service

    I have had a plan with Enercare for quite some time now, but have never needed to use the service. I always thought that if I ever require it, that somehow I would need to pay for something, but I was very happy when the service person explained what he did and that it was all covered by the plan.

    HVAC Install

    Great communication from calling to confirm arrival time to explaining everything taking place and in the end showing the installed furnace and what we needed to do regarding filters etc. The thermostat was explained and set for us. The installer had an excellent voice...he sang while he worked!!!! It was lovely.

    HVAC Service

    Although, I had Enercare booked for maintenance on Dec 3, a plumber doing some work on a radiator discovered a high co2 level on Nov 27. I phoned Enercare and you were able to provide a technician that day. The maintenance he provided reduced the co2 level to normal. The $360 cost ($30 monthly) is the annual maintenance fee that covers an annual cleaning of my boiler and any other service visits required.

    Washer Part

    I was told that a supplier would have a washer part in two weeks, now it's 6 weeks!! Enercare takes no responsibility for this third party out of the USA. Are they caring? Nope. Waiting for the part from mainland China, almost certain. My daughter has an 8 month old and no washer machine. If I knew this would take this long, I would not have taken out their service contract. Very very frustrating. Company offered to give me $100 for the purchase of a new washer but the one getting fixed is 6 years old and not spending $1100 on a new washer. Very very disappointed with Enercare and telling everyone my story!!!! Fed up with these over promises of great service.
