We were very pleased with the work that was. The individual who examined and cleaned both our fire place and furnace took time to explain what he was doing and outlined future issues regarding these appliances. Hiss advise was most helpful.

This is not the first time I made a purchase from Tim Bartz, Salesperson Reliance Thunder Bay location. Tim is a great salesperson but more importantly a great person. He calls backs quickly with answers and treats you with respect. Callum was also very helpful inn assisting me complete the rebate forms. Adam, the technician, was on time, which is rare these days, and very pleasant and knowledgeable. He addressed the problem right away and the problem was solved right away. .

The technician arrived promptly, explained what he was doing, did the job efficiently, and left the work area clean. He shared ideas of how to properly maintain the furnace. .

They were on time, introduced themselves, and went straight to work. They were neat and quick. They showed me what was done and explained what they did when the job was complete.

The service technician is always friendly and helpful. He has been servicing our furnace for years and it is nice to know you can trust someone. . . . .

The sales person, Wajahat, was wonderful to deal with. He is very knowledgeable about the furnaces and answered all questions we had to our satisfaction. Once we decided on what we wanted, he arranged for installation to take place the second day after his visit. The installers [Brit and Kevin] came in the time frame they were supposed to. they did an excellent job in removing old furnace and installing new one in a very timely fashion with little disruption to the household. They were very neat and clean and when finished made sure everything was cleaned perfectly. They explained anything we had questions about and made sure we were happy with the job. Very professional and great workers.

Appointments were booked promptly, taking my schedule into consideration. The representative was very helpful and went out of her way to ensure that my needs were met. Technicians arrived on time. Service was excellent. Technicians were friendly, professional,respectful and knowledgeable. A 5 star experience!
