    HVAC Service

    The service technician arrived at the promised time, did the diagnostic work and fixed the system quickly. More impressively the total cost was much less than the estimate. Excellent work.

    Replacement of hot water heater tank

    Service personnel arrived on schedule. The work was performed quickly and neatly! All material was removed from my home, and the area was left as clean as it was before they arrived. Respected my home, and advised me of what needed to be done, and how to operate the new system. Hands down, a great job, and very friendly technicians, who knew their stuff!!

    Water Heater Installation

    Living in the country on our own well means hard water. we seem to experience problems with the water tank because of this. We rent our tank and love the prompt and excellent service we get when something goes wrong.

    With a red-face, your technician informed me that I need to switch my breaker back on. He smiled the whole time, was very nice and understanding of this silly mistake and we both laughed a lot!

    Cancelation/customer service from Direct Energy

    The cost is actually $60/month I had a number of "protection" plans that I had been duped into purchasing and when my bill came I also noticed some that I definitely did not request, including both a heating protection plan and a maintenance plan and an unwanted air conditioning maintenance plan. When I attempted to have these cancelled when I noticed them on my bill, I was told they could not be cancelled for A YEAR!!!!! I advised the customer service rep named Maia, that I had never requested these plans and would therefore like them to be discontinued.I told Maia that I didn't want these plans on my bill. Maia told me that she would remove them from my bill but direct energy would bill me separately and if I didn't pay, they would go to collections. Within the next few weeks, I found that I needed to actually replace my furnace and A/C (this is another story). About two weeks later after never having received any bill from Direct Energy, I received a phone call from Direct Energy Collections for an outstanding $45 amount that was 10 days over due. 10 DAYS OVER DUE!!!!!!! Are you kidding me!!!! Another week has passed and guess what, Still no bill from Direct Energy! Can you say MONOPOLY!!!
