I had an emergency. My water tank burst and I had to get it replaced quickly. The representative on the phone was pleasant & very helpful and scheduled the service for the next morning. They came, installed the water tank and left with the old one. They used drop sheets to protect my floors and were careful to cover their shoes with indoor booties. Very pleasant experience.
