The service given was outstanding! The serviceman called 15 minutes prior to his arrival. He was on time and was pleasant, knowledgeable and efficient. He answered all my questions even showing me the parts of the furnace that was of concern. He made sure that everything was returned to its original position and no mess was left for me to clean-up.

Excellent and prompt response to our concern. It was great work done to our entire satisfaction. We will vouch for and recommend direct energy to all our neighbours and friends.

Jeff my salesperson was very knowledge and helpful explaining my options. I wated the water heater moved to my crawl space and this was made possible. The installers Andy and his partner were amazing, despite issues with the plumbing they have persevered and been nothing but kind, professional and patient. The cost I have shown is for the moving of the water heater. At this time I am renting both units. I would highly recommend this company and would certainly contact them in the future if the need arises for a new furnace

Direct Energy has been servicing my old furnace for many years, when it came time to replace my furnace the service technician explained my 25 yr. old furnace was safe to continue to use however the efficiency was slowly diminishing. Another thing he told me some of the replacement parts were n.l.a. This pretty much was the deciding factor in purchasing a new furnace. The installers arrived on schedule introduce themselves and got to work. It took 4 1/2 hrs. and it was up and running. I was quite surprised at the sequence of events for removal and installation. The cleanup was very good,they explained the operation of the new furnace and thermostat and were on there way. I was very pleased with the entire process and would definitely recommend Direct Energy to anyone.

I enjoyed your agent, Logan, very much. he has the experience, checked that we had our monoxide detectors . Checked batteries in our thermostats, one needed replacement. I had a good feeling that our two furnaces were well checked out and will be reliable. I like being called and the appointment set up instead of having to remember to do it.

I was very impressed by the service of the two technicians that installed my new water tank. They were very friendly and informative about the process when they arrived and during the job. Also, as a protocol to call prior to arriving your service is superior to any other I have experienced recently.

Our furnace needed a new part and it as ordered on sat and installed in Sunday. Both service techs were very nice and explained everything they were doing. I am very satisfied. We have a service contract, so there was no cost to us.

Reasons for my score is based on his ability to arrive on-time and fix the problem with ease. He was also very friendly and very much informative. I enjoyed the visit.
