    Water Heater Installation

    The two people who turned up to change our tank were polite, efficient and even though it was on the eve of a holiday and they had more customers to attend to they still took the time to do an excellent job to patiently explain questions we asked and make us feel our household was the most important to them at that time.

    High efficiency furnace, central air conditioner and hot water boiler/tank.

    Two man crew very professional and efficient in completing installation of high efficiency furnace, central air conditioner unit and hot water boiler/tank. They fully completed the project within eight hours.

    Water Heater Installation

    They were very quick to respond to our water heater after two attempts to remedy the problem, they resolved the issue by pulling the old tank and reinstalling a new one.

    Furnace Service

    I was away and my daughter made the call and they provided service within the day. I have been paying for your protection plan for 8+ years and it certainly paid for itself on this visit.

    Hot water heater

    Cancelling hot water heater is a horrible thing with Direct Energy. it’s maybe easy to install, rent the hot water tank with Direct Energy, but cancelling is horrible for my experience. Billing Agent told: it needs 2~3 billing cycle at the time receive your email or fax after you obtained the paper for tank got returned. Then, credit you back. Means you have to continue to pay them even not use the rental tank anymore. Customer service agent did not mention this to me even after I notify them I returned the tank to drop off location, drop off location stuff did not tell me about this. I have to look at my bill found out get continue charged, call billing agent got to know this.

    I was not in town for original appt. The chap who called was most gracious and re-booked we for another appt. The gentleman who came Sunday evening was most courteous.

    Furnace Installation

    No hard sales pitch, explanation for all our questions in a language that we could understand. They had given time for us to make a decision. Techs went above an beyond. They were professional and explained the installation to us. They left the area concerned in excellent condition and even advised us of alternatives to other systems that we could consider.

    Furnace Installation

    All of the individuals involved in the process passed information onto the next person so there was no confusion. They kept me informed of what was happening and the next steps. (i.e. the technician who came to my home to check my furnace as per my service plan, identified the problem. he explained the problem and why he had to "tag" my furnace. He contacted sales consultant and explained the problem to her and made arrangements for the sales person to come that day. the sales consultant explained my options and contacted the installers to make arrangements for the next day. The installers came as per the arrangement and completed the job). the communication was excellent between the individuals and there was no confusion of what was happening. I was kept informed.

    Customer service

    The young lady I talked to, I believe her name was Taylor, was very patient with us and our many questions and explained everything we asked in a pleasant cheerful manner and when we changed our mind about which plan we were going to take did so with a "of course, whatever you like". After going through the whole process and setting up an appointment for our checkup, she asked if there was anything else she could do for us instead of rushing off to another call. She does your company proud.
