    Tankless water heater

    Installed a tankless water heater and extra venting in our home during a basement reno. From the initial call booking my sales appointment, to our Sales person and the installers- everyone was extremely professional... accommodating, kept me informed through the whole process and provided additional advice like how to ensure we were up to code for any future renos we were planning. I also appreciated the fact that the Sales person left me his personal number and answered my call immediately when I had any questions. The little tips that the installers gave me to maximize the benefits of my new tankless water heater was also a very helpful. Thanks to the whole team for a great experience.

    Thermostat

    I called for service late on a Friday afternoon (the hottest day of the year, and our Thermostat stopped working). The service I received on the phone to understand my problem was excellent. The representative was extremely helpful and detailed. She outlined what I was to expect from the service person right down to his uniform so I would be comfortable letting him into my home. Very efficient! Within minutes I had an email confirming my service call detailing the approximate time of delivery with a reference number etc. The gentleman called first and then was at my door in minutes.(This is Friday night at 8:30 pm, I called for service at 4:00 pm the same day) He was able to fix the problem quickly and efficiently. He was very respectful of our home (removing his shoe rubbers before walking upstairs). He explained everything he was doing and make us feel very comfortable. He let us know exactly what costs would be involved with the call. Thankfully, we had purchased the service plan. We received another email shortly after he had left detailing exactly what he had done and what cost would be involve. Very efficient.

    Furnace repair

    Although the original appointment was made on the wrong day ( I confirmed verbally with the agent) but when I checked my email confirmation, I discovered that the agent had made it for the wrong day. I didn't check my email right away because I assumed that the verbal confirmation was correct, but that aside the tech showed up, was very professional, made a quick diagnosis and corrected the problem very quickly.

    Central Air

    I bought new central AC & annual maintenance & within 6 months of the warranty ending AC was dead. I had done regular service & was told the unit would be fixed. Then I was told I had to buy a new unit. That works out to $130+ a month for AC. DE will do nothing to help, even refusing so much as a small price break on a new unit. They were clear they do not care if I am happy. Disappointed! X.

    Furnace Service

    The response for our issue was very prompt. The technician was very friendly and very informative. Within less than 24 hrs our problem was solved. thank you again for your prompt service!

    Water Heater Service

    I diffidently would recommend Direct Energy for sure as when l needed service for my hot water tank had issues you's were there quickly to fix the problem. Thanks again.

    home protection plan

    very good service. Staff was extremely helpful and friendly. CSR and Technician were both very courteous and helpful. Price is reasonable but service is outstanding. Overall, wonderful experience and great service.

    furnace maintenance

    The ease of making an appointment, the fact that reminders are emailed, and also the technician calls when he is in his way. Once the technician arrived,the first thing he did was introduce himself and shake my hand, then listenend as I explained I was unable to take him to the furnace due to my disability, and was more than willing to follow directions left by my husband. He was extremely proffesional, and very friendly. He did his job in an acceptable amount of time, explained what he had done, and suggested any services he felt would be appropriate for us to have done. If it were at all possible, I would like to request this same technician every year!

    Direct Energy boiler service

    The Direct Energy service on my boiler was perfect. The service person was friendly, efficient, and arrived on time, as scheduled. I feel confident in this service. He answered all my questions. Thanks Bill.
