The Direct Energy service tech was on time and thorough. He advised that items were identified that a home inspection from a previous company had not addressed. Thank you. !

The installers were great. There was a slight mix-up when I originally called asking for a replacement water tank - the dispatch said the first visit would be an initial one to make sure we could be upgraded. The guys were ready to install it right away though. but they returned two days later and were in and out quickly, and we have much more hot water now.

Service was completed within the time frame given - Service person was courteous and mindful of the home owner, professional - Repair was completed at time of service call, there was no wait time for the required parts and hot water was restored.

He came in got the problem fixed quick. Then he explained what happen and have me a good understanding I was impressed. great work and very respectful had a great time.

The response time by the Direct Energy serviceman doing the diagnostic and the installers that came was well within the window promised. All three techs were extremely courteous. Thank you!

The service man arrived promptly and was in and out of the house in about 10 mins. Was careful to cover his boots with plastic booties to protect my carpets. He was personable and had no problem explaining what he was doing as I watched.

Your technician showed up on time, checked the furnace, showed us how to operate the timer, gave me a number to call to order furnace filters, and left the house neat and tidy - Couldn't ask for better service.
