    Furnace Installation

    We were given fast, excellent service when our 20 years old rental furnace stopped working. Heaters were supplied until the new furnace was installed and the servicemen were courteous and friendly and cleaned up work area.

    Furnace Maintenance

    I have always found the maintenance guys to be friendly and dedicated and efficient. When we had our furnace replaced four years ago the guys spent two cold, hard days getting the new furnace installed.

    Furnace Service

    A couple of reasons... The young lady, Katherine, who took my call was kind, interested and professional even as I bumbled through my 'problem'. Mahdi, the technician, was equally professional in his service. He called 10 minutes into the 4hr window of appointment. He checked the filter, the outside vent and then proceeded to move forward in his analysis... He located the problem and explained clearly and patiently what he needed to do. He replaced the 'faulty' part and fixed the furnace in about 30 minutes or so. He was very polite! DE Home Services has come a long way in the past couple of years... Keep up the good work. You have two excellent representatives of the corporation's public image...

    Water Heater Service

    The service response was fast and professional in an emergency situation (the rental water heater had sprung a leak). The water heater is in a rental apartment and I (the owner) was out of town on vacation in the Caribbean. Direct Energy worked with my tenant quickly and efficiently. My tenant had no idea what to do. Direct Energy staff stepped up to the plate and took care of it as quickly as could have been expected at no additional cost (beyond the normal monthly rental fee).

    Water Heater Install

    I called to report a problem with my water heater Tues. Feb.10th at 3:20 p.m. and spoke with Kyle. The technician Derick arrived at 5:15 p.m. same day. The new water heater was installed Wed. Feb.11th at 10:30 a.m. I'm amazed at the speed of service and quality of the service staff. Neat and clean which is unusual today.
