It was challenging to figure out what was actually causing the furnace to shut off/down over a period of several weeks (ultimately, it was discovered that there was a recall issued shortly before the final technician came).
Finally, after the 5th or so technician, the problem was solved. It took several visits, by several different technicians, however, each of them was knowledgeable, able to make some kind of adjustment and teach me about running the furnace, so at no time did I ever feel their visit was futile.
I felt that each technician who came to the house, was able to solve a piece of the larger puzzle and I was very happy after each of their visits.
The appointments were made at a time that worked for me and the overall experience was certainly the best experience I've had. As a HIP Plus member, the minor investment of paying a monthly "insurance" fee is unbelievably worth it. It saved me hundreds of dollars.
