My furnace broke and the same day service they promise had to be the next day; the technician arrived and had to order a part ; the part arrived and technician was scheduled from7pm-11pm and he cancels at 1040 pm. 3days without heat and calling the CSR dept over and over is frustrating. Let's hope he comes tomorrow and we have heat again.

From when we first called the service number on the water heater, we got a customer service rep right away. He was polite, helpful and reassuring. He booked an appointment for the very next day and the service man came out within the time slot given. He fixed the problem right on the spot.

Whether it is customer service over the phone or in person service at our house, our experiences with DE have always been very positive. We very much appreciate that the service personnel who come to the house are courteous, polite and willing to understand and address our concerns. They always leave making us feel like we got more than we asked for (in a positive way).

Response was quick, customer service was very polite and helpful, service man was polite friendly and explained what he was doing... Overall i felt like everyone cared about my issue and were doing whatever it took to resolve it.

Technician was friendly knowledgeable and very professional. He very quickly and efficiently services my furnace explaining everything he was doing and what l needed to do to keep my furnace running properly.

I have been a customer of Direct Energy for 14 years and, by and large, have been satisfied with the service provided, particularly by the technicians and maintenance people that come.
