Even though there were a few little glitches in getting the installers to my place, when they arrived they were fantastic and did a great job. They did not leave until they were satisfied everything worked well, which was much appreciated since it was about -25 outside and we had been without the furnace for about 2 days. I'm just waiting on the rebate forms and information now, which i understand should show up in about a week.

Absolutely wonderful service, I called at 7:30 a.m. with no hot water and they had a tech out by 12:30. The tech was very professional and quick, he knew immediately what was wrong and corrected it within a half hour, he even went the extra mile to put some extra padding around the ducts so they would not rattle against the beams as badly. Had a wonderful experience altogether. Would definitely recommend to my friends and family.

The service was quick you guys came when you said you would and wasted no time doing the work, as well as the 2 gentlemen who did the work were very professional and did a great job.

Direct Energy technicians seem competent. There was a time when we phoned for service on a weekend and the technician arrived on Sunday. We were very surprised. We purchased our high efficiency furnace and energy star rated air conditioner from Direct Energy. Plus we rent their Rinnai instantaneous hot water heater. We are confident that all these appliances will last for many years with annual maintenance.

The people Direct Energy sent over were terrific. Chris Poirier was well versed in the product types and styles and all the options. He gave honest, sound advice. The people who installed the unit from SL Heating were equally friendly and professional. My new tank was installed in under 45 minutes. They were also very respectful of my home.

I paying every month for the past few years for direct energy's "heating protection plan", this so called service is a joke and $ grab. We call because our furnace isn't working great, but is working. They send some untrained person who shows up for 15 mins and leaves with the furnace no longer working in weather that will be -24 overnight. We call to advise their "customer service" dept, after being on hold for AN HOUR! we're told it will be over 24 hrs before someone can come and put the furnace bak together. all they say is "we understand" but if you don't want the appn't in 24hrs time there is nothing else they can do. I have never had such unacceptable service on any product in my life. -24 and nothing they can do.

I called at 9:30 in the evening and everyone I dealt with were extremely helpful in trying to solve my problem with my hot water and booked at service call for first thing in the morning. A few minutes later my hot water came back on and I called to cancel the service call and your representive again was extremely helpful in cancelling the call. Both ladies were very friendly and I enjoyed talking with them. I wish I had written down their names to tell you what excellent employees you have.

The service which I recently experienced was excellent. The plumber was very efficient and helpful. It is always comforting to know when you call for service you will get help when needed.

When calling for service, the operator is very friendly and accommodating when booking an appointment. You never have to wait long for a service call and the problem is fixed in one service visit. The gentlemen working are usually knowledgeable and friendly.
