    Angelo listened carefully to symptoms and checked all systems and he found and resolved the problem within 30 minutes of arrival and also explained cause and prevention for future reference.

    The service technician was extremely helpful... informed us why the part that he replaced failed and how the boiler system worked in general so we can understand what happened to our unit.

    Furnace

    I was very pleased that an appt for available on such short notice, especially since it was such a potentially urgent issue. The customer care attendant I spoke to on the phone (the woman that booked my appt) was fantastic. She was so friendly and empathetic to my situation. On the other hand, I was very unimpressed with the technician who came to my home. I felt he was rude, a little arrogant, and even a little condescending. I was pleased that he found there to be no problem with my equipment, nobody WANTS there to be something wrong with their furnace in the winter time, but it was his tone and the way in which he delivered the diagnosis to me. I am not entirely convinced that there is no issue with my equipment, but I didn't question his judgement because I was starting to feel uncomfortable and just wanted him to leave.

    Furnace Installation

    From start to finish this was a very positive experience for us. We were impressed by the professionalism of the technician who responded to our request for assistance after our old furnace failed, of the salesman who assisted us with the selection and purchase of a new furnace, and of the installation team. These gentlemen worked well together ... seamlessly in fact. Consequently, less than 24 hours elapsed from the point where our old furnace failed until our new furnace was up and running. I would add that Direct Energy loaned us two electric space heaters to keep us comfortable while the changeover was in progress.

    The service technicians were very professional and when they were finished you never knew they were there (cleaned up perfectly when done) plus the fast service - excellent customer service!

    Shower noisy, toilet running

    Very timely response to my issues re getting appt. quickly. David was very thorough and neat and solved my problems. I was very pleased that the repairs were all covered under my plan.
