I was very pleased that an appt for available on such short notice, especially since it was such a potentially urgent issue. The customer care attendant I spoke to on the phone (the woman that booked my appt) was fantastic. She was so friendly and empathetic to my situation.
On the other hand, I was very unimpressed with the technician who came to my home. I felt he was rude, a little arrogant, and even a little condescending. I was pleased that he found there to be no problem with my equipment, nobody WANTS there to be something wrong with their furnace in the winter time, but it was his tone and the way in which he delivered the diagnosis to me. I am not entirely convinced that there is no issue with my equipment, but I didn't question his judgement because I was starting to feel uncomfortable and just wanted him to leave.
