    fireplace repair

    l was pleased with both the service l received through the actual technicians who came to my home. l was also pleased with the people that l spoke to when l called with questions or requests. l found everyone to be very pleasant and helpful.

    Furnace Service

    My furnace broke down in one of the coldest days this winter and everyone from Direct Energy treated it like an emergency- giving me priority in the appointment, diagnosing it properly and fixing it within a few hours of the part being received. I was given good advice about keeping circulation flowing in the house and was given some 'loaner' heaters to raise the temperature of the house. I am very grateful. The only feedback I would give is to keep a supply of small parts with the technician as they always have to be ordered.

    Water Heater Service

    I have nothing but positive comments. From the initial call everyone seemed to be genuinely concerned. Ther serviceman, who had to call to advise he was running late apologized numerous times, which was greatly appreciated. When he arrived, he asked me what the situation was, nodded at my comments, and listened to .me. He assured me that I had done everything correctly and that he would fix the problem. When he left he told me not to hesitate to call if the problem arose again. I felt that all of the staff I dealt with had my best interest at heart. I am retired from a service industry, so I greatly appreciate when I receive good service. Thank you, Theresa

    Furnace Service

    I called to get an appointment, was given a timeframe, received an email confirming my appt. time. The technician called to advise he was on his way. Arrived shortly afterwards, did a great job., reviewed my results and left. All was easy and very good.

    Fireplace service

    We have been dealing with Direct Energy for a number of years now. Your technicians are pleasant and professional when in my home. The technician worked efficiently, called me before his arrival and explained everything to me upon completion. Very satisfactory.

    Water Heater Install

    Direct Energy was able to accommodate my request for a replacement of our rental water heater much earlier than I expected - that very day in fact. Then the work was carried out very quickly, efficiently and cleanly.

    Furnace gone Kaputt

    Woke up in the morning to a cold house on the coldest day of the year...Furnace had died! I called to make an appointment and the customer service representative was very empathetic and was quick to make an appointment to get a tech to me. As there was a very heavy snowfall, the tech arrived as scheduled! Wow! He was quick, courteous and had us up and running in record time! Give the man a raise! The Protection Plan is a must for any home owner. My short visit with the tech would have cost me over $350! Protection Plan is worth every penny!!!
