I am very pleased with the service l received regarding the maintenance and cleaning of my furnace and in my dealings with Direct Energy both in the scheduling of appointment and in dealing with the technician who attended my home. Thank you !

After much research we went with Direct Energy to replace our old slant fin boiler. The Weil McLain boiler and indirect fired hot water tank seem to be the best unit for our domestic needs. Fabian and his assistant (sorry we can't remember his name), did a fantastic job installing our new boiler. They took the time to work through all our questions and needs, they left the house neat and tidy and the installation work was impeccable. Customer service from Vito and John was excellent throughout the process -- they were very responsive to our needs. Direct Energy follow up service has been great. We needed them to come back to replace a noisy circulating pump. They were by within a day to replace it. The one piece of advice I can give anyone replacing a boiler is to remember the hardware is only one part of the equation, you are paying for service and installation. This was a two-day job (that for us) required directing ventilation pipes to a new location. The direct energy team helped us find the best location and made sure the exterior vent was discreetly installed. Highly recommended.

I appreciated that the technician was early for his visit... He worked quickly, and explained what l should look for if there was going to be a problem. He corrected the mistake the previous technician had made (very professionally) and made sure l could set it right myself later on. Thanks very much for the great service!

The technicians were on time and very friendly and helpful. They worked efficiently and did a thorough maintenance and cleaning job. They found a part of the flue duct that was not properly connected/sealed and fixed that. I was very pleased with the maintenance service. The post-service report was clear and showed some pre- and post-cleaning results.

I phoned at 10 am to have my rental water heater replaced, I had very little hot water. It was not an emergency and the guys were out at 4 pm, replaced it fast doing a great job of keeping the house clean and was very friendly and professional. I was very impressed with the fast and efficient service. thank you.
