    Protection Plan Sales

    RWH Install

    The water heater installation staff are very professional. They are courteous and professional. At the end of the installation, they took time to show me how to adjust the water temperature of the new unit and then clean up the work area before they left.

    The technician Ajeef was very knowledgeable and polite. He completed the service and showed me what was needed to be done now and in the future to help with the efficiency of the unit. Gratefully appreciate the service he provided.

    Very professional, not pushy for sales, everything was well explained. Installers were excellent, again, took the time to explain everything. Very happy with the professional services that were provided by Direct Energy.

    hot water tank repair

    had to make 2 calls for tank repair. First technician did basically nothing, claimed it was fixed and left. I had to call again for second appointment and live with luke warm water for 2 days. Second technician named Earl was great, very courteous, kknowledgeable, did a very thorough check and got it fixed. so moral of the story is depends on who you get, which is something direct energy needs to address.

    Furnace and AC purchase

    My husband and I had been pricing furnaces and ACs for quite some time. When we met the Direct Energy representative, he was friendly, courteous and extremely knowledgeable. He answered all our questions and offered installation within the week. We would definitely recommend DE to anyone looking for purchasing or service.

    Heating Protection Plan

    My furnace was making a loud noise so I called Direct Energy, they offered to sign me up for a $20/month service plan and they'd come take a look. They had to replace the starter motor so essentially the first year was free and I got an annual inspection as well. That was all good - but then the none stop duct cleaning calls started, sometimes 2 or 3 times a day. I called Direct Energy and they promised to stop giving out my number, but once you're on the list they never stop calling! I don't even answer my phone anymore - I wish I never called them.
