The service guy was very professional, quick and he knows very well his job. He gives us lots of tips about our boiler. The only issue we have with call center it was down and they send somebody at wrong time so, we have to wait till next day for another appointment.

The technician answered all my questions and not only solving the current issue, but also detected other problem and solved it right away. He removed his shoe the minute he walked in and during many time he re entered. I am very happy with the service. He also responded shortly after my call for service.

I was very impressed by the service I received--The technicians were extremely courteous and knowledgeable. although it is inconvenient to be without hot water, I was very satisfied with the service.

We had our furnace cleaned and were disappointed that the heat exchanger was cracked again. After talking with Rachel at Direct Energy, we decided that renting a furnace was the solution for us. She was very knowledgeable and not pushy. From the guy who cleaned it and tagged it to Rachel the sales person to the two installers, our experience was perfect. They were all so nice and informed. I must say, we have paid for the insurance for years and it is not worth it because the only thing that isn't covered is what broke twice. Buyer beware. Our experience was overall excellent.

We called for the air conditioner on the Wednesday, and had an appointment on the Saturday. The home energy consultant was great! He was very knowledgeable and tried to give us the best value for our money. To top it off, our install was scheduled on Monday! The installation crew showed up on the Monday ready to go. The only issue was that was had was the incorrect compressor was ordered. It turned out that 1 letter was off on the work order. The crew worked to get the correct one and have it delivered to our home. They then decided to go and complete another job while waiting for the compressor to be delivered. This did cause the installation to go a bit longer than what was expected. Otherwise, everything was great!

Both the Service Representative and the Service Technician were excellent. I found it a little unusual that the Service Representative was in Florida (I called the 416 area code, not the 800 number) and made an appointment for me here in Toronto. Also, the Service Technician was excellent. He immediately identified the problem, but was unable to replace the part. He did, however, immediately book another appointment for me with another Service Technician. There was no charge to me because the part was covered under my Direct Energy Plumbing Plan (definite peace of mind). I will, and do, recommend Direct Energy.

The technician you sent was extremely good. Excellent in fact.Anyone who has a problem with him simply has a problem themselves.I wouldn't mind having him service my home in future.Congratulations on hiring such a respectful and competent employee.Good business on your behalf.

Very kind and friendly and was willing to clean vent ; kept me informed and replaced all functional parts. His service was professional and efficient. Thank you Direct Energy ! ! !

I would like to thank John the service technician who fixed the problem for my water tank. He is really patient and delivered professional manner on the way he talks to me. He showed respects. He was so organized with his tools. Thank you so much for sending John, I really appreciated his service.
