    HVAC service

    I made a service call about furnace and even though it was after 5 got an appointment for same day. When technician arrived he diagnosed and repared the problem. Very good service.

    RWH install

    Hot water tank replaced quickly and left area clean. Also had a technician replace water pump for furnace and he got the replacement quickly and very personable. Thank you very much!

    I called in about my concern Saturday evening and the next available appointment was on Monday. However, they did accommodate us for Sunday, for which I'm very thankful. The expert was well informed and trained.

    RWH Install

    My ancient water heater sprung a leak on Saturday. Sunday I called Direct Energy for service. They sent out a crew that afternoon and replaced my heater with a brand new unit. Total time from phone call to new water heater was five hours. Extraordinary customer service. Thank you.

    RWH Install

    I was put through to an agent very quickly when I called. He was courteous and booked an appointment within about 4 days to replace the water heater. There was nothing wrong with the old heater, but our home insurance company required an upgrade. The service team was on time and were respectful.

    AC Install

    We had Direct Energy install our new High Efficiency Furnace, last December. So we decided to have them install our H.E. Air Conditioner. From our Sales Rep.- Akhtar to Alex and Matt, our installers, Direct Energy REALLY took care of us !! Alex and Matt were courteous and hard working throughout the day. When all was said and done, I felt satisfied, I had Quality Workmanship at its Finest. Well Done Alex and Matt !!
