Service technician Grant Harris was professional, friendly and helpful. Went out of his way to explain about the old furnace. (And put up with my nosy ginger tomcat.) He was also understanding re my 93 year old mum and talked to me outside to stop worrying her unnecessarily re carbon monoxide and other concerns. Please send him as the service guy on any future calls.

The Tech on the Duct cleaning was excellent in all respects. He explained All aspects of the work and carried out the job very professionally. I saw, via the camera, all of the cleaning job from beginning to end which I thought was a great idea .

Booked appointment online. Serviceman was excellent. Took shoes off at front door. Explained everything. Booked same-day appointment to replace broken thermostat. Arrived 10 minutes after calling to tell me he was coming. Came earlier than my appointment time which was very convenient. Cost of maintenance covered by Annual Heating Maintenance Plan. New thermostat $109.00

We had 2 calls to direct energy, first one our hot water tank stop working, I followed the manual and reset it and we got hot water again and service person came but check and it seems to be working. Next call was April 20th , it stopped working, service man came in the morning and checked (this time i left it alone and did not do anything), He explained to me how it works and realized since this is the second time it happened, he checked and replaced some parts, he was also very courteous and professional and work quickly and was very respectful , I forgot to get his name but he was excellent. Many thanks.

Its is always a bit more challenging when the repair requires the ordering of a part and a second visit to install the new part. However I still thought they did an excellent job.

In both cases when service men came to address the problem I was having with the furnace, in each case the service men were fast, effective and got the job done quickly. I was very satisfied with the service I received. I appreciate the service plan that I have with Direct Energy Thanks, BOB

Louis is an excellent employee. he provided air conditioner service but was unable to perform normal checks because ambient temperature too cool. He recommended a further check when temperature over 65 f.

Your installers were very pleasant to deal with and very professional. I was quite happy with their work. They explained what they were going to do and did it quickly. Best of all, the installation was absolutely free.

All in all I am very happy with my first Direct Energy experience. Tech arrived on time and within an hour , problem resolved . Thank you again for great service.
