    HVAC Service

    I was without hot water and heat after the ice storm in Toronto. The Direct Energy team solved the problem within 24 hours. I'm certain it has been a busy and challenging time servicing customers in Toronto, so I really appreciate the prompt effort to restore my hot water and heat.

    Hvac Install

    Very impressed at the very high level of service and care that was shown by all of the Direct Energy sales and service people I dealt with. I was pleasantly surprised, and will be pleased to refer Direct Energy to friends that are in the market for a heating solution.

    Hvac Service

    I asked for a receipt for the service call and the technician told me I didn't need one. I usually get a copy of the work order, but he didn't give me one this year. I would have had to like one for my household records. I was however surprised when he was able to show up earlier than expected. Was great for me as I got to spend the day with my daughter after the call!

    I have been with Direct Energy/ Enbridge for well over 11 years and I have never had any issues. They always treat me in a special way and my overall customer experience with your company continues to be excellent.

    M. Majorca, the service technician cleaning and checking the heater, noticed there was a slight leak at a a union. He then called to order the part that was required. It was installed today, two days later, and now the furnace is running properly.

    water tank

    We had a water tank fitted in Feb 2013, we did not receive any contact or bills for over a year.We phoned the company to try and sort out the billing and were told that we did not have a water tank.Being an honest person I disagreed with them and they eventually sent someone out to check,lo and behold there it was. They eventually sent us our first bill,and it was $10 a month more than we agreed too.We spent 3 hrs and were directed to 7 different departments. We were told that they had installed a different tank,but had neglected to tell us. When we asked if we could talk to a manager,we were informed that the managers didn't talk to customers. When we asked who we should make a complaint to we were told we couldn't. After checking online I realized that I was one of thousands that was disgusted with treatment by this company. As a customer service manager for 20 years,it is with great surprise that i find this company is still trading. There customer service seems to be to just pass you to another department. I will never again use this company for any other services.

    Furnace Service

    1.Your service technician Brian was thorough and tidy. He was courteous and explained the services performed. 2. For some reason, you dispatched a second technician. When he called to say he was coming i explained that someone was already here. 3. On the afternoon of the maintenance service, i received three emails from Direct Energy specifying 3 different service call windows. 4. I received 2 followup emails requesting my feedback (better than receiving none though). Thank you for asking for my feedback, in any case.

    The appointment made with Direct Energy was met in a timely and prompt manner. The work was done and it was so nice to come to a warm house. Thanks for such a great service call.

    The furnace is about 10 years old and has worked perfectly since installation. The protection plan is getting a little pricey, but, given the age of the furnace, I'll likely continue with the plan. The service tech and the phone rep were both extremely friendly and helpful.

    "Adrian was very professional and knowledgeable. I have had a few technicians to the house but never like Adrian. Just before he left he asked "" Is there any questions or anything else I can assist you with "" Excellent customer service."
