We had a water tank fitted in Feb 2013, we did not receive any contact or bills for over a year.We phoned the company to try and sort out the billing and were told that we did not have a water tank.Being an honest person I disagreed with them and they eventually sent someone out to check,lo and behold there it was.
They eventually sent us our first bill,and it was $10 a month more than we agreed too.We spent 3 hrs and were directed to 7 different departments.
We were told that they had installed a different tank,but had neglected to tell us.
When we asked if we could talk to a manager,we were informed that the managers didn't talk to customers.
When we asked who we should make a complaint to we were told we couldn't.
After checking online I realized that I was one of thousands that was disgusted with treatment by this company.
As a customer service manager for 20 years,it is with great surprise that i find this company is still trading.
There customer service seems to be to just pass you to another department.
I will never again use this company for any other services.
