    The service technician is great at what he does. We would like it if we could request him every time. He is very knowledgeable and patient explaining the situation to us.

    HVAC Service

    On Tuesday Enbridge cut off the gas supply to my furnace after detecting a gas leak from the gas shut off valve. I contacted Direct Energy Tuesday afternoon and stressed that fast service for me was as priority as the nights are still very cold. The woman I spoke to told me that you would come Wednesday between 8 and 12 o'clock to replace the valve and restore the gas supply. No one came. After 12 o'clock I called the same number at Direct Energy and the very helpful representative whose name was Thomas said there was no record of my contacting Direct Energy since my appointment for furnace cleaning in November and told me someone would come between 1 and 5 o'clock. A very competent, courteous technician appeared as promised and all was well. What happened to the record of my first call???

    The service call was handled by a guy in Tempe, Arizona. Wish I remembered his name for this survey. The tech who did the work has been here before. I like him too. The only thing is I'm used to the tech leaving paperwork but in this case he said that something will be mailed to me. Still waiting.... Thanks for the good service.

    We had James as our service technician. He was superb! He asked if we wished to have our ac filter changed, which is something that no one has ever asked us (he changed it for us, and it was shockingly filthy). He also provided us with the correct size filter for our furnace. Remarkably, he came by the house the next day with two extra filters so that we are set for years! I would welcome him into our home again for any reason whatsoever. Thank you, Direct Energy for employing such competent and dedicated technicians.

    Hot Water Heater Install

    I just recently had my water heater replaced. The technicians involved in this replacement were professional and went the extra mile to make sure my floor did not get damage and when they left there was no mess whatsoever left for me to cleanup. Extremely pleased with the quality of service i received.
