Enercare delivered a superb customer experience. On Nov. 7, Sean/Shawn came to inspect our furnace. He detected a serious problem. It was shut off. Sean was serious and clearly committed. He spoke with customer service and arranged space heaters and parts. Around 6 PM that day, the heaters were delivered. On Nov. 8, the furnace parts arrived. On Saturday, Nov. 9, Reza attended and did the repair. He was on time, friendly, and fully engaged in his work. He was clearly committed to doing an excellent job. Like Sean, he was very friendly but also professional. As of Saturday, with Reza's visit, we were back up and running. My wife and I were thoroughly impressed by every part of the process, including my phone calls with customer service. Every point of contact was professional, friendly and concerned. People arrived on time as promised. Everyone was concerned about getting us up and running as fast as possible. Outstanding job, Enercare. You exceeded all expectations and your people were wonderful.
