The door these guys put in way great. The work they did was superb and I would highly recommend them. We had a wide selection to choose from and we ended up going with the insulated door. Great!

I purchased a garage door from Dodd's and received a great price, great service and a great door. My estimate and installation was all done within 1 week - estimate on Sunday and installed on Friday morning. No clean up needed as the old door was also taken away. We are very satisfied!

Dodds installed a new garage door back in the Spring/Summer of 2008 and they did a pretty good job, but their after service needs a major overhauling. When the door was installed one of the window inserts was warped and had to be replaced and we called right away. 3 service calls and 10 months later they replaced it. Everytime a service person showed up they were given the wrong information and said they would be back and then never showed. The funny thing is they were all very nice and apologetic but the problem never resolved and the funny thing is that they still were not paid for the product and we had this much trouble, I can only imagine if they had already been paid.

it would close, but, then, suddenly AND randomly reopen. We booked an appointment for a service call and not only did the service people show up on time, but the WAITED for us - we were delayed in meeting them. Very Pleasant! Very Professional! Very Courteous! Very Knowledgeable! They diagnosed the problem immediately, readjusted the belt, adjusted the pressure sensor and lubricated all of the "moving parts". JOB DONE!!!

Service was prompt and installation done on time and at price as quoted.Service personnel was pleasant and helpful.Instructions on operation of new door opener was informative and clearly understood.Garbage removed as requested.

Dodds doors put a garage door in for us about 10years a go...we have never looked back...it has been a wonderful door...never giving trouble except for once, soon after installation..and they came out to fix it right away, and since that time...we have been more than happy with the product they sold us and the service we received BB

My garage door opener failed in the evening. I called the Dodds 7/24 hotline at 11pm and elected to use their call back option. They called me back at 8am the next day and had a service truck with two technicians at my door by 1pm (in a snow storm). They diagnosed the problem quickly and gave me the option of repair or new opener, both of which they could do on the spot. I decided to go with the new unit and had a new LiftMaster Professional installed with dual safety system for less than $400 (including installation and taxes) less than an hour later. The technicians (John and Rob) were very curteous and showed me all of the features, explained the warranty, and carted away my old opener and rail. I am pleased with the service that I received and I would recommend Dodds without hesitation.

I had a new coach style door installed recently. The service from Dodds was exceptional from my first interaction with them, until the door was done. The salesperson was so helpful, the office staff friendly, and the installers polite and efficient. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND Dodds Doors to anyone who is in need of a new door or service to an old door.

I had initially given this company a poor review for a number of reasons - the majority of which had to do with the installation. There were some communication issues. I went ahead and fixed most of the problems myself. Allan Grant is the vice president of the company found the review and contacted me and wished I had contacted him with my concerns. As it turns out the 3rd party installer seems to have had his own agenda and is no longer with the companay. Allan went out of his way to solve my issues quickly after finding out there were some problems. The doors and openers work fine and the company offered to reimburse my time and expense for some of the original deficiencies. My experience with a number of other contractors is that complaining gets you nothing but frustration. I was pleasantly surprised that Dodds actually listened and did everything possible to fix the problem - they even gave me some additional openers and monitors. I would highly recommend the company.

We booked an appointment with Dodd's for a service call for the next day between 1pm and 5pm. Surprise, they showed up when they said they would. The service person was polite and courteous. They investigated the problem and made a recommendation with an estimate on the spot. They where back the next day to install, and instruct, and again they arrived when they said they would. They where quick, clean and our door works fabulously... A great experience. I would recommend them in a minute, in fact we already have!
