    New garage door

    New garage door for very old garate. Dodds installed the door and required additional posts professionally and on time. They provided full quote details and kept me up to date with the installation schedule.

    Garage door

    Due to an accident garage door was broken. Called the Dodds garage door they sent me the sales rep next day and the agent gave us good selection and what was promised was delivered on time

    Broken Garage Door Opener Spring

    Garage Door opener spring broke at 4pm on Monday - really didn't appreciate how essential our garage is to our daily activities. I called Dodd's - based on hearing adverstisements on the radio over the years - figured they'd at least not be a fly-by-night operation. I was right - I had a great conversation with Sales on the phone on Monday, and a great Tech came an replaced my spring before 10am on Tuesday morning. Garage is back in working order - awesome experience.

    Garage door

    I'm very satisfied with the work Dodds did for me. The existent frame was the reason other companies told me they couldn't install a motor to the garage door but Dodds somehow fixed it and looks beautiful!

    Garage doors and openers, capping

    The service was excellent! The sales and service technicians do their jobs very well. We received a recommendation from a friend, I would easily recommend them to someone else. They are polite, efficient and answer all questions, or get answers if the don’t know.

    Extra mile

    Had them out to fix a cable that had snapped. Asked for some advice on my other garage door that was sticking. Tech recommended just applying some lubrication to the weather stripping. After he left I noticed in addition to replacing the cable, he had applied lubrication to the other door as well.

    broken wire

    THEY WERE FAST AND DID A GREAT JOB . I WOULD HIRE THEM AGAIN . HE WAS VERY EASY TO WORK WITH . THEIR PRICE WAS AS QUOTED AND PAYMENT WAS EASY TO MAKE .

    Fixing garage keypad

    I have a fantastic experience at Dodds! In addition to fixing my keypad quickly, the technician also took the initiative to fix the squeaking sound on my garage door. Great customer service.

    New Garage Door

    Great service from Mike. Showed up on time and quick to give an accurate quote. Installers were courteous and professional. Quick 1/2 day job for a brand new door. Would highly recommend.

    New garage door

    Dodds installed a new garage door for my mom. We previously had them install a new door about 7 years ago at our house which still looks and works like brand new. Same great product, same great service. May be more expensive than big box but definitely a case of you get what you pay for. Excellent overall experience second time around, just like the first!
