    Garage Door Replacement

    Everyone we interacted with at Dodds (Richmond Hill) were a pleasure to deal with. They were courteous, knowledgeable and very willing to discuss all options available to us while recognizing that the project needed to be within our budget. No-one tried to push us to get the most expensive door or to make a quick decision. On the day the door was installed, Jacob and Jacob were pleasant, courteous and efficient. The did the job without wasting any time and did a really good job of cleaning up after themselves - and in cold windy weather too.

    Great Garage Door

    Received our garage door today...great service..person installing our door was very easy to deal with an knew a great deal about the product when asking questions..he removed our old door & took everything away with him when done..Door looks amazing..would refer Dodds to anyone out there looking for a new garage door..service took under 2 hrs..

    3 Garage Doors replaced

    Great Job - From Micheal in Sales to Jacob & Jacob in service installing both were very Professional . I would highly recommend to any one looking into replacement doors .

    Garage Door replacement

    When our automatic garage door fell apart from age, we called Dodds because it was a well-known name. But we could not possibly have done better! We were struck in particular with the courtesy we were shown, with the excellent service, with the full communication re timing, options, and with how pleasant it was to interact with the salesperson, the office staff and the technicians. We had an issue just after installation because of a poor seal at the bottom of the door. it required a different "sweep" and the adjustment was done perfectly within 48 hours. We opted for a "quiet" motor, and it is REALLY quiet, smooth, and works perfectly. We are delighted and highly recommend this company if you need a new garage door.

    Replacement door and opener

    I was looking for a replacement door and opener. 2 car style. Sales was great and installation was great too. Lots of comments from many people on how great the door looks.

    Garage Door trim Repair

    The trim around our garage door had accidentally been pulled loose. Dodd's came promptly to replace the trim. Work was done efficiently and we are very happy with the way it looks. We would recommend Dodd's both for new garage doors and for service.

    Garage door opener installed

    I was given a lot of information over the phone about the difference between makes and models. After deciding on a lift master pro belt system the lady explained how to care for the machine. This lady at Dodds was more than helpful and made me feel like I definitely made the right choice in using them. The installer came right on time and had everything installed in a hour or so. He left no mess and was very pleasant. Dodds is the obvious choice as their customer service is top notch.

    Great Job

    From the initial contact to request a quote on double doors to a visit the following day from the sales agent surprised me as I thought I would have to wait at least a week or so.Mike B. was very informative and explained my options. Love the doors Mike. The installers were great,I left the house and let them work away, they locked up when they left.As for Angela she did an excellent job coordinating the installation. Thanks folks for a great job.

    Looking good

    The sales rep was most helpful, with no pressure. Installed within timeframe promised. Office called to set up appointment and after to conform satisfaction. Installer efficient, clean and very cordial. A pleasure to deal with at all levels.

    Professional, got the job done despite complications

    Dodd's did a great job. The door turned out to be more difficult to install because the frame that it was to be installed on was rotted completely. They made the effort to rebuild the frame and install the door. It's exactly the door that they promised. Works well. No complaints
