    Installation of Automatic Garage Opener

    Excellent experience with Dodds for a simple installation of an automatic garage door opener. Setting up the appointment was quick and easy. The installers came on time (early in fact), and called before they arrived. Not only was the installation done quickly and smoothly, but they were very knowledgeable and answered all my questions.

    Great Service

    Efficient service and reasonable cost. Needed a spring replacement. Parts were on the truck and the job was done quickly courteously and efficiently. Service man came the day after the request. I was concerned that the door was very heavy and hoped they would have a strong enough spring to replace the old one. No problem

    Garage Door Replacement

    It was a pleasure dealing with Dodds. Everyone from Dodds was very professional and answered my questions/concerns in a very timely manner. The Chocolate Brown Moderno Plus garage doors are beautiful and of an excellent quality. They were installed perfectly. I have the nicest garage doors on my street! I would not hesitate to recommend them to everyone I know.

    Spectacular and Professional Servce

    Garage Spring snapped...they were on time, quick, and efficient. Reasonably priced, no pressure selling, and exactly as advertised. The technician went over and above, and actually looked at another problem we had (easy fix for him, but confusing to us) and did it all in less than a half hour. Highly recommmend John and the rest of the Dodds team.

    Garage door replacement

    I was very happy with Dodds. Mike the sales man was very helpful when it came to choosing the right door for me. Once the door arrived to there shop, we scheduled a day for installation. They guys that came out to my place were very professional and clean. The door was done in about 3 hours and not a trace of garbage was left behind. Great work guy!!

    excellent

    Discovered a broken overhead spring today. I spoke with Scott at Winser Door and he said that he would see if he had a tech in the area. That was at 2:25PM, at 3:00PM Zach pulled up to my door. Fast, courteous, efficient, polite - what more do you want from a company. Thank you Winser Door, Scott and primarily Zach for such prompt service. don breen

    Timely and very professional

    Very quick and professional in addressing a mechanical issue with the door owing to many years of wear and tear. Came right away and did not charge very much, also giving the door a tune up while at it.

    Garage door opener

    Quick fast and reliable service. Issue with door when the motor was running but did me not pull upnthe door. Problem was wheel was broken and needes replacement Overall great service

    Very satisfied customers, would use them again in a second

    Very satisfied customers and would use Dodds again for any garage door or opener installation or servicing. They installed our new opener a couple of years ago, and installed our new garage door today. The sales process at the start of the process at our home was crisp and informative, and the pricing was very fair. The manufacturing of the door and then scheduling of the installation was very timely. And Kareem who installed the new garage door today was terrific in every respect.

    Garage is back in business

    One of my Garage door springs broke. Of course, like the dummy that I am I tried to open the double door with a broken apring. Needless to say, Angela took my call, made the appointment and my door was up and running the next day. I decided to replace both springs on Angela’s advice. I think my installer was Will, who called me before replacing my sensors (eyes). The door was functional that same day. Very professional, attentive and reasonably priced.
