    Garage Door Opener Installation

    Dodds Technician came and installed a garage door opener last week. He did a very poor job one after another and I was dissatisfied. Manager JP came over personally today and repair the problem by himself in no time. I was very impressed at JP's commitment to his job and workmanship. I definitely recommand to my friends.

    Garage Doors

    The salesman arrived promptly to measure and take my order. These doors are very good quality and I have had nice comments from neighbours. Doors arrived exactly as scheduled, and were installed efficiently and very cleanly - not a spec of garbage left . The installer made several adjustments as the threshold of the garage was not even. He hooked up the automatic door and installed the exterior door handles I requested. Without hesitation , I recommend DODS Garage Door Systems

    Repaired garage door

    Our garage door came off the track and I made the situation worse by accidentally bending the track and throwing everything completely out of alignment when I attempted to fix the original issue myself. The professional service man was able to quickly get everything running smoothly again and was in and out within 15 minutes. Very happy with the work, the service, and the price.

    New garage door

    Sales rep was thorough and provided a couple of options, explained everything very well. Office staff were great, always prompt in getting back to me. Can't say enough about the installers. Excellent work, polite, clean and reviewed everything before leaving. Thanks for a great job.

    Garage door

    Definitely would recommend DODD's to others! Everything went smoothly from the first visit with the sales rep Anthony (extremely knowledgeable, honest and professional), to the installation. My garage door looks amazing and I feel like I got extreme value for my money. The door was installed when originally promised and the installation crew cleaned up the area and took away the old garage door. Nothing left behind for me to clean up! Thanks

    Garage Repair

    The service was fast and it took only 15-20 mins to repair. For cable re-attached and bottom weather seal installed on a single garage door. Good company. However, make sure you understand clearly that the minimum charge is $120 + HST (1.5 hrs minimum) of labour even if the works takes less than the minimum.

YOU CAN CALL DODDS A THOUSAND TIMES AND WILL BE TOLD THE FOLLOWING EVERY SINGLE TIME: "MINIMUM LABOUR CHARGE $80/HOUR MINIMUM 1-1/2 HOURS+PARTS+HST". WE WOULD NEVER MISLEAD A CLIENT.THE REASON WE SPECIFY 1-1/2 HOURS MINIMUM IS BECAUSE WE HAVE NO IDEA HOW MUCH TIME THE ACTUAL JOB MIGHT TAKE AND IT MAY WELL TAKE MORE THAN THE MINIMUM 1-1/2. WE HONESTLY CANNOT FATHOM WHY THE CLIENT DID NOT UNDERSTAND WHAT HE WAS TOLD.

    New 2 car Garage Door

    Great experience with Dodds. Right from when the Sales person came on site for the quote to the install. Installer was great, friendly, and helpful. Door looks and works great.

    Repair Garage Door

    When my garage door jammed at a sick angle, I called Doods 1st thing the next morning. Their repairman arrived mid-morning and within a half hour had my 32 year old garage door fixed and properly adjusted. He also let me know where he saw signs of wear that might be problems in the future.

    New Garage Doors

    Mike from Dodd's gave us excellent service. Very professional. In fact, the doors were ready and installed much earlier than we were told. We were so happy to hear "your doors are ready, when can we come to install them?". The installer did a great job, he was professional and did not leave a mess afterwards. I was happy to give Mike a lead to quote my mother on a set of garage doors. They were impressed with the service and have since gone forward with the order.

    Dodds Garage Doors

    Great service from beginning to end. Salesperson was very knowledgeable and very helpful. The service dept. had doors delivered and installed on arranged date. Installer was awesome did a great job. Would recommend Dodds Doors to anyone that had to replace their garage doors.
