    Install replacement garage door

    Sales rep came to my home. Looked at my old door, checked to see if it could be repaired (I knew it was too far gone). He then measured the door, checked the opener for age and wear which he noted was in good condition and could be kept. (It was 2 years old so good call there). Dodds rep came inside and went through several options for the door. I opted for insulated. I already had researched what I wanted and he was very open and honest about quality and cost. He was also very upfront about the time it will take to manufacture my door and have it installed. I bought in October and had installation done Dec 07th. The install guy was very professional and ensured he cleaned up all his items and removed the old door. I had pricing from 2 other companies and this one offered me the name brand (Garaga) at a good price. Over all I will gladly recommend Dodds to all my friends and family. My wife loves it.

    Worst service

    I will never use their service or recommend it. I contacted this company based on homestars reviews, very good sales man, convinced me with his professionalism, got half payment, delivered the door, installers left it at the house door, said they could not install, had to hire someone for $ 450, who could install. They took the second full payment, now chasing them to refund the installation fees, they said 135 only of 1500, which is so unfair..... even that 135 they failed to return them, even returning emails for one month.

    New Garage doors and openers

    Great price, Great Doors and of course Great installation. It was a seamless processes from beginning to end. I have recommended Dodd's to friends and family looking to replace there doors.

    Dodd's Door Great Full Service

    This company came recommended by another friend. I am an Architect and was looking for something fairly particular for my garage door. From the initial call and recommendation for the proper aesthetic and insulated door, dealing with the company was was a painless and very thorough process. Recommend it to anyone looking for a garage door.

    New Garage Door Opener

    I called Dodd's for an over the phone quote to replace my broken garage door opener. They were knowledgeable and answered all my questions. Their installation team were prompt and professional. The new garage door opener has been running as expected since it was installed.

    Garage door replacement

    We were thrilled with the service from Dodd's! Our installer went above and beyond and did an excellent job. We wouldn't hesitate to call them again and recommend them as well!

    repair cable essential to garage door opening and closing

    Just as I was backing out of my driveway to go to work, I noticed that my garage door was crooked. A cable had broken! I called Dodds Doors. The person on the other end of the phone was able to give me a close estimate of how much it would cost and agreed to send someone to my home to repair the door that day while I was at work. Not only was the cable repaired when I got home, but all the moving parts were generously oiled to take the strain off the new cable.

    New Garage Door system

    I found Dodds on the HomeStars website. From the initial enquiry to the end of the installation, they were courteous, friendly, very professional, prompt and efficient. We are very happy with the door and the quiet belt that was installed. The product looks great and we could not be happier. Go ahead and use Dodds with confidence.

    Garage door fix

    Our garage remote deactivated and we had no access. From the initial call with the company, I was impressed with the willingness to assist us and provide straightforward information about possible solutions. Then when the service call came, the service provider (Rob) delivered as promised!

    Garage door opener

    My garage door was opening on it's own, since I had no experience with garage doors I called Dodds. The technician (named Will) was very courteous and explained what he was doing. I will definitely use this company when I need to replace the Garage door opener.
