Garage Door
When our garage door broke we immediately thought of Dodds for a replacement after hearing such good things about the company. We had somebody come by to give us a quote within just a couple of days, and he was very informative and explained all of the options. The salesman who sold us our door was easy to reach when we had questions and helped us make our final decision. Our new door looks amazing...the style, windows, and colour are perfect and it's so nice knowing that we have a quality garage door that will last.

New Coach House Door Installation
We were extremely satisfied with our purchase with Dodds Doors. I had always heard their ads on the radio so when we started interviewing companies for our job they were the first call. They called back promptly and made the appointment just as quickly. Laurie attended our house and he was very knowledgeable, friendly and full of ideas. He was not aggressive in any way and provided us options to stay within budget. After meeting with 4 different companies we decided to go with Dodds. The installation date was quicker than expected and it was installed by a very polite, hard working representative that called before he attended the house. Overall, I am thrilled with the service, quality and appearance of our new door.

Replacement of garage door and new opener
We had an old garage door that was difficult to manually open and close. We were planning on the replacement of the concrete pad and decided it would be timely to do both. We contacted Dodds for a quote before the concrete work was done and they gave us an original quote and product information, recommending they come back for final measurements with the new concrete in place. We contacted them again and they came over very quickly to take the final measurements, answered all our questions on product and we finalized the order. Took a few weeks for the door to come in, of which they had advised us, and an appointment was made for installation. They arrived as planned, completed the removal and installation an left with everything looking and working perfectly. The new door is looking better than what we even thought on pictures and the opener is wonderful. Would definitely recommend Dodds.

replace two overhead garage doors
We purchased two overhead garage doors from Dodds. Mike came over to give us an estimate and explained everything very well. We changed our minds since then and decided to go with another design. Mike came over for a second time and went over the new design features and cost. We decided to go with Dodds and our doors were installed early October and we were very pleased with the installation, look and operation of the doors.

Garage Door and Opener
The service was professional and prompt right from our first conversation with Antony to the day of the installation, which was done at a fairly early date given that Dodds was very busy and dealing with back orders. The product is fantastic - Garaga - the same manufacturer of the garage door we had purchased some years ago when we lived elsewhere in Ontario. We are thrilled with our purchase and would highly recommend your company to potential buyers! Thank you!

Garage Door and Opener
Shawn (subcontractor) from Dodds installed my new garage door and opener today and did an amazing job. Polite, clean, and did the installation himself in under 5 hours. Whole process from quote to purchase to scheduling to install was extremely professional. Would recommend to all.

Garage Door
A really good experience. Mike was very helpful and knowledgeable. He helped us make the right decision with the new door. No upsell - was open and honest about what we needed.

Garage Door
Our garage door was the original door installed 30 years ago. As the main entry point to our home, we needed something lighter that could withstand the frequent use. Since black doors are not a common colour, we found it available through Dodds. We are pleased with our new door.

2 new garage doors
Michael the salesman was very professional and not pushy. The doors arrived when they said they would. We love our doors and the functionality is excellent. Angela was very helpful when I had to contact the office. The installation was a bit unorganized but almost everything has been sorted out. I would definitely recommend this company.

2 Garage Doors replaced
We're very pleased with our new garage doors, openers and Dodd's service. We appreciated Dodd's professionalism, quality and installation. The house looks completely different - well worth the investment. Thanks!
