    Replace two garage doors and install one new opener

    Very pleased with the look and feel of the Garaga doors and I'm very happy I made this investment. I enjoyed dealing with Allan Grant who accommodated my various requests. I would have provided a higher rating if the aluminum capping was installed properly the first or even second time. It required three visits to get it right and even so, it's about 90% right since I can still see the warping. Nonetheless, they were responsive to my phone calls and emails to have the issues remedied so I'm comfortable that they will provide warranty and after service should it be required. Would I recommend? Yes but I would suggest that you make sure the installer inserts a screw / bolt in every hole instead of every other, if you've opted for the aluminum capping.

    total garage makeover

    We had our new house outfitted with a new garage door, opener system, keypad, casing, and safety sensors. Dodds was professional from the begining to end. Our initial consultation was easy and they understood our needs perfectly. Our order was on time and we were told how long to expect to wait. Although the installers arrived only minutes before the end of their arrival window they were still on time. There was a dent in one of the panels from the manufacturer but the installers pointed it out right away and ordered us a new panel with no hesitation. Clean up was done afterwards and our garage door looks amazing. The opener is super quiet. I love the way our garage door looks now and am so happy with the outcome.

    Garage door replacement

    Perfect service. From the original quote (appointment made, rep showed up on time and was knowledgeable and friendly), to timely delivery, to high quality installation. I highly recommend this company to anyone looking for a garage door. 10 out of 10.

    Garage Doors and Openers

    We recently chose Dodds for two new garage doors and garage door openers. The sales rep came to our house, was quite knowledgeable and did not employ any high pressure sales tactics. After placing the order the doors arrived sooner than promised (a plus) and were soon installed. The gentlemen who performed the installation were professional and courteous. We did experience two minor hiccups a week or two after installation though - 1) one of the garage door openers had problems connecting to the remote and needed two service calls and eventual replacement, 2) one of the bolts holding a hinge onto the door was not fully tightened and required a service call to address. Despite the hiccups I am very happy with my decision to go with Dodds as they dealt with the situations promptly and professionally. Specifically, Angela at Dodds should be recognized for her amazing customer service and dedication to customer satisfaction, thanks Angela!!

    Residential Automatic Garage Door

    We have been very happy with the garage door we have purchased from Dodds. Dodds were recommended to us by neighbours and we will recommend Dodds also. We spoke originally to Alan, the sales manager and then met with Antony the sales rep. The door is of top quality and has been professionally installed with no mess. We have had the door for two months and continue to be very satisfied!

    New Garage Doors

    What a great customer experience - Michael was an excellent salesman, Omar did a fantastic job installing the doors. They look great, the quality was great and they were delivered on time. If you need new doors, these are the guys to talk to...well done!

    Garage Doors

    I am writing this letter to thank Dodds Garage Doors for an excellent job in supplying and installing three CHI garage doors on my house at 2 Fiddlers Circle, Maple. Your installer Leandro did a quality and professional job. He showed up on time and cleaned up everything at the end of the day. This is a new wood grain steel model that we had to wait for and I believe we are the first in Canada to have the new doors installed. However, It was well worth the wait. We have already started getting compliments from neighbors as they walk by and admire the new doors. We love our new doors and are extremely proud to show it off. Thank you again for a job well done. We would not hesitate to recommend Dodds to anyone that is in need of new garage doors.

    Garage door replacements

    We called Dodds on a neighbour's recommendation. Antony was great to work with - good advice and a gentleman.The crew were dedicated and personable and had the job done and cleaned up in a morning. Everything works like a charm, and other neighbours are going "wow"...

    2 garage doors with windows and capping

    I am very happy - everything went as expected and doors/capping look excellent ! Thank you Anthony Rabie for your patience and expertise ! Leo, the installer, was punctual, courteous, and did a professional job. Site was cleaned of all debris. Thanks to all !

    Garage Door Repair

    Sent an email Sunday requesting service to fix the garage door so it would open. Shortly thereafter received confirmation that appt. would be made the next day, and at 8 am the next day received a call confirming someone would arrive at the scheduled time. Serviceman appeared on time, fixed the door using existing springs, and we paid for the lube and the service, no additional parts needed. Very pleased with Dodds,and hoping the fix will hold, and it will be worth the cost. Very satisfied.
