    Garage Door Repair

    The door was installed by Dodds Garage Doors several years ago. Worked excellently. However,this winter ice was forming under it and it would not open this morning. Roberto came and really worked hard to fix the problem. He also taught me how to avoid the problem in the future.

With such extreme weather conditions there is the risk of ice build up under a door and the door could become frozen to the ground and when the garage door opener is engaged the door could rip apart.. You must ensure that the ice is cleared. I simply put a thin layer of salt beneath the door to prevent freezing.

    Repair auto garage door opener

    Excellent service.Roberto was prompt,friendly and knew what to do immediately upon testing the door.He also gave me pointers on the maintenance needed to keep the system happy. I will highly recommend Dodds.

    Garage door and opener

    Had Dodds come in to install new insulated garage door and opener. Fast response from salesperson. Reviewed all options, colours, etc., with us. Delivery was exactly when promised. Product was installed professionally and installer took time to review features of opener controls, and w/o asking, reconnected an existing wall mounted switch from our old opener.

    Garage Door

    I would highly recommend Dodd's to anyone. The salesperson was polite and cordial and arrived on time and was very professional. He was down to earth and very informative in helping me choose the right door. The installation was at the scheduled time and the installer was also pleasant and did a great job. Just a no nonsense and wonderful experience. Don't waste your time going anywhere else.

    Garage Door Opener

    Dodds is a very reliable company to go with. Jeremy the tech that installed our door opener was very knowledgeable, pleasant and friendly. He did a fantastic job. Very happy with his service...

    New Door

    I needed to replace a 50 yr old door that was not electric. Dodd's quoted me a fair price, they are local to me. They did an excellent job, I could not tell they had been there. Delivered and installed on time. I would use them again and recommend them to anyone who needs their service. Very professional.

    Project

    We had trouble with the original installation, but after several calls, Dodds did resolve the issue. The sales guy was professional and answered our questions. They have been helpful on the phone in resolving our problem, but it took 3 separate visits to fix the installation.

    The problem we were facing here was that the clients original frame (NOT installed by Dodds) had a knot that popped out of the wood and this caused the weatherstrip to bulge at that point. We attended the clients premises on 3 separate occasions at no charge under our warranty provisions but cannot be held responsible for existing wood framing on doors. In addition the extreme weather conditions resulting from the Arctic vortex has caused weather-stripping to warp in some installations. We will not walk away from problems, even when they are not of our making, but will strive to satisfy our clients needs.

    Garage door repair

    Fantastic service - Coldest day of the millenium (Jan 7th) and Dodd's repaired our garage door as promised with minimal time having our car outside. We are just thrilled to have such outstanding service no matter the weather or circumstance. Thank you so much. Dodd's is the best. We purchsed our doors from them and will hire no-one else.     Fix the pully on the garage door

    Trustworthy, did the job quickly. Luckily the fix was simple, however, there was a minimum charge for coming. It works perfectly now after 10 days and with the additional lubrication it works smoother. Paid extra for the lubrication.
