Great knowledge and very professional during the sales visit . Good communication and scheduling . When he arrived on site, took a longer time then I thought but was clean and thorough , and my door looks great an keeps the cold air out.

Dodd's looked at our broken door last year and recommended we replace it. We found someone else to repair it. That lasted a year. We called Dodd's back for the replacement. The process was simple and predictable. They did what they said they would, when they said they would and charged what they said they would. Easy and enjoyable service all around.

I don't review anyone because I have no time. For this company, I will make an exception. My wife and I endured 7 years of constant screetching and cranking with a wooden garage door that would sound like the house was crumbling when it opened and closed. Our garage is at the end of a down-sloping driveway, and underneath our living room. The headroom in the garage is low, so the wood door had the spring coil bar at the back, rather than at the front, where the door meets the enclosure when it closes. So I call A few contractors who saw the low headroom issue and I felt like they used that as a crutch to inflate the price. Not Dodd's. Mike came to the house and immediately took ownership. He was going to make the coilbar fit in the front one way or another, with enough headroom for a minivan to enter and exit without issues. Now mind you, I luckily called them during a fall garage door sale (it was luck of timing, i didn't plan it that way). From initial call, right through time of installation, customer service, was impeccable. I believe in such things as "no such thing as dumb questions." They do too. And the guys that installed the door were awesome. Treated the garage like it were their own. They were respectful of the property and absolutely unintrusive. They communicated everything extremely effectively. One more thing about Michael, the salesperson who addressed the low headroom issue: he left without leaving any issues unanswered. I even knew to get regular lightbulbs, rather than CFL bulbs, to prepare for the opener they were going to install. Regular bulbs don't block remote signals when you're opening the garage door from a great distance. Mike told me that without me asking. All in all, fantastic service, reasonable pricing, and top-notch workmanship. Those ads you hear on the radio about them?; no truer words have been spoken.

We had a positive experience with Dodds. They were professional, experienced and timely. They replaced the garage door motor and tuned up the track. They took their time to do a thorough job, which we appreciated. We would use them again.

We had a new door installed this month to replace one that was starting to rot. We were contacted by Angie from the office within the timeline given by the sales rep. We were given an appointment date and time quickly. The installers called on their way to the house, showed up early, and gave me an approximate time frame to completion of the install. We had a small glitch with incorrect hardware installation which Angie responded to very quickly. When we decided to keep what we had a refund was owed which arrived quickly thereafter. The service was outstanding and prompt. The initial visit by (I think) Laurie was handled very professionally and I ended up booking on the spot as the product was awesome and the price was actually lower than we expected after our on-line research.

I recently had my new double car garage framed and have been finishing it myself. So far I've done the roof, electrical, siding, insulation and drywall with help from my cousin. One thing I wasn't going to tackle was the garage door. I have never installed one and didn't want my wife (or myself) to be on the outside in the alley in the dark, cold and snow pressing the button and the thing not open or get jammed because of inexperienced installation. I had several companies come to give me quotes and settled on Dodds mainly because of the salesman, Michael; he was just so much more experienced than the others. He had answers for every question I had and set me up for the interior framing necessary for the install. They weren't the lowest quote but still very competitive and the door is higher gauge steel, the hardware and rollers top of the line and the trim premium. The installation was done by a pair of personable fellows(Alfredo and partner) who did a superb job and were helpful in showing me how to use the 3 different devices to control the door. Lastly, my contact in the office was Angela who was there to help make it happen according to plan. I would recommend Dodds Doors in a heartbeat!

Finally got a round to replacing my garage door. It was so old and I wanted to be able to hang in the garage in winter. Got it replaced from Dodds Garage Doors. amazing job, installer was excellent, price was perfect and I'm one super happy camper! Highly Recommened
