    Garage door repair

    Both my husband and I were on our way to our cars at 8:00 this morning and found the garage door broken. Called Dodds right away. Very understanding and had a technician at our home within the hour. Cable replaced and door maintained. Service was fast and with a smile and explanations! Highly recommend. Roberto is amazing technician.

    Replace Garage Door Opener

    I have been dealing with Dodds for at least 25 years both personally and business related. They are very professional and very tidy. Alberto Alverez the installer called me at the office to say that the work was completed. I would never worry about this company doing work for me when I was not present. Cannot thank them enough for their help.

    garage doors

    One of two new doors installed was dented and required replacement. The team at Dodds replaced the dented panels without hesitation. The work was done promptly and to my complete satisfaction. Exceptional service.

    Denting can occur during transporation or installation and to avoid further risk of denting we do not unwrap the doors when received from the factory but only do so when on the job site. If the door has a dent we have no option at this point but to install it but we immediately order replacement panels from the factory. Dents are a scourge in our industry and the true test of a company is how they deal with a situation after installation. At Dodds we are always there for you and your satisfaction is guaranteed.     Garage spring replacement

    We have used Dodds Garage door systems over the last 15 years. They have replaced 2 garage door openers, one garage door and 3 broken springs over that time period. We have found them to be prompt, courteous, and professional. They have done an overall inspection of our garage doors at no additional charge. We have tried other garage doors companies but settled on Dodds for our garage door needs because of their consistent, professional service and their competitive prices.

    Replacement of Existing Garage Doors

    We were in the market to replace solid wood garage doors with the same rich look, but without the maintenance of having to stain and varnish them regularly. Dodds had the perfect solution in their Dynasty model doors. We were able to achieve the same rich mahogony look on a steel coach house door - insulated and maintenance-free! An added bonus - the doors are whisper quiet compared to our original wood doors too. Our service experience from the initial onsite consultation to the installation was flawless. All timelines were bang on and our expectations exceeded. We recommend Dodds Garage Doors to anyone looking to replace their tired doors.

    New door

    Dodd's provided very good service. The sales rep showed us different products and made recommendations. The installer was faced with a problem when he realized that, with the new door, the light fixture would be in the way of the electric door opener. He spoke to the office and was sent to buy a longer rail so he could install the opener behind the light. I also emailed some questions to the office regarding the warranty and received prompt replies. We are very satisfied, and find the white door and cap to be lovely.

    New garage door with capping

    Company is very professional, provides excellent product and service. Highly recommended. Installation was clean and efficient and door was delivered on time. They stand behind their work and even provided me with touch up paint in the event I get any scratches on the door..

    Garage door opener repair

    Dodds is amazing. I called twice before and they talked me through a 'fix' on the phone, saving me 2 service calls. This time I couldn't fix it on my own and they sent a repairman equipped with a new unit in cases the repair was expensive. The repairman immediately said he could fix it quickly, lubricated the system and then showed me how to fix it should the same issue ever reoccur. I think this is extraordinary service and very considerate of my budget.

    New Garage Door

    The guys came on time (in fact a bit early), and were prepared. They worked hard, yet stopped to ask my opinion on where things should go. Gave me a great run down of how to use it ... excellent installation, product and service.

    2 New Garage Doors

    We contacted Dodds because we had used them for our previous home and were very happy with the service and install. We dealt with the Mississauga location this time. Mike B was great! Stan was also great and helped figure out an issue with the doors as some panels came in the wrong pattern. The install job was great and the gentlemen who installed really took their time to make sure the pattern on the door was aligned perfectly. Overall very happy and satisfied with the service and install. Would highly recommend.
