    Service

    Called at 9:00 a.m. and arranged p.m. appointment same day. Chris showed up at 11:00 a.m.! Repaired garage door and checked second garage door to make sure in good condition (doors approximately 25 years old). Extremely satisfied with efficient and friendly service. Don't waste your time shopping around!

    Replacement of Garage Door

    From the initial quote to the final job, we were extreemly pleased with Dodds Door System. If you are looking for a company that follows through on timelines and produces a quality product and service, this is the company to choose. The installer was professional, very polite, and did not leave before everything was tidied up. My husband is very very picky and he has done nothing but compliment this whole experience. We would absolutely recommend Dodds to our friends and family...No hesitation.

    garage door replacement

    All the staff we worked with were very professional, punctual and friendly. Our new garage doors arrived in the suggested timeline and installation was booked promptly after the company received the manufactured doors. Both gentlemen doing the installation did a great job and were easy to work with. We are very pleased with the quality and appearance of the doors and would not hesitate to recommend Dodd's Doors to anyone!

    replace garage door spring

    I contacted them via email and someone called me within 60 seconds. they quoted me $167 and said they'd be there between 1pm - 5pm. They showed up at 2pm and 1.5hrs later they were done and it cost $167 plus tax. They did exactly as they quoted and that is very appreciated! I would recommend them again and again. WELL DONE!!!

    Replaced garage door

    Great experience from start to finish. We heard the radio advertisements and did our research, so I'm more than happy to add to the numerous positive comments I read before choosing Dodds. Everyone I dealt with was very professional, the project was completed exactly when they said it would be (about 1 month from door order), install was perfect, clean-up was immaculate, pricing was competitive, it's all in writing on your contract, and even a follow-up email to ensure your satisfied. This is the way it should be when you deal with a contractor for any home project. As a result, I have no hesitation in recommending Dodds and when we move, and if we're in need of another garage door, this is the company we'll be using.

    intall new garage door plus opener

    We were very pleased with the excellent service Dodds Garage doors supplied.From the initial discussions and decisions made through to the installation of the door, Dodds did an excellent job and we would highly recommend them to anyone. Our installer was punctual, polite and cleaned any debris on site.We had a slight aesthetic concern but the follow up was swift and concern rectified.

    Replacement door

    We were extremely pleased with the service by Dodds. Our door broke just before we left on vacation, in between trips. When we contacted Dodds, they sent someone out right away for a quote, and fortunately they had a door in stock in the right colour and size. The installer did a great job - very professional, and on the hottest day of the summer in extreme heat conditions in the garage. Despite this, he remained courteous and friendly. We were able to leave for our trip knowing that our garage was secure. I would not hesitate to recommend Dodds to anyone who is looking to replace their garage door. The new door looks wonderful!

    Garage opener and door

    Great job! They delivered as agreed. The door and opener are working fine. Installations and materials quality look good so far. The installer was a friendly guy. I would recommend them to my friends or even to anybody else that need this service/products.

    Replace Garage Door

    We replaced the garage door that was original to the house when we bought it. We received OUTSTANDING customer service from initial quote through to installation. We would recommend Dodds Garage Door Systems without hesitation.

    New steel double garage door

    Tiring of maintenance on our original wood garage door (including replacing lower panel several years ago by Dodds), we decided to replace wood with insulated steel this summer. The sales person, Michael, was at our house for an estimate the same evening I called and helped us select the product that best suited our needs. He also provided separate costs for such things as additional insulation and windows in the top panel. We elected to go with the "vanilla" steel double door and are very happy with our decision - right price and still improves the look of our property. The installation had to take place after our return from vacation but that did not seem to be a problem. Les, the installation technician, was at our house with the new door at the time and date planned. He finished that same morning. Clean, fast and fully acceptable work.
