    Garage door

    Great service and price. Called and spoke to Mike he was able to come out and mesure and quote us for a garage door within a few days. Once ordered the estimated time was 4.5-5 weeks the new door arrived in 4 weeks. They showed up on time and installed door in a few hours. Great job Dodds.

    Garage Doors

    We had our 16 year old garage doors replaced by Dodds and were extremely impressed with the workmanship and product - beyond our expectations. I would highly recommend the company both from a service and quality perspective. Love our new windows and insulated doors - worth every penny. It is great to have work done by a company that delivers on what they promise.

    door and spring repair

    Thanks - great service - on time, no attempt to up sell (as I had experienced with another company on a previous repair) and helpful service person! I would definitely recommend Dodds!

    garage doors

    You are a very lucky president to have people like Michael your salesman and Omar your installer working for you..Everything was EXCELLENT and I would highly recommend Dodds to anyone who asks about garage doors..Your company scores 10 is my books.

    Garage Door Replacment

    We had Dodd's replace our 20+ year old garage door and opener. It went smoothly from the time the estimator came and gave us a price until the job was finished. We were overly impressed with the quality of the products used by Dodd's and the work done by their installer. A truly professional job from start to finish, including the excellent clean-up afterwards. I would recommend Dodd's without hesitation.

    New Garage Door

    Everything from start to finish went flawlessly. Very professional workmanship and sales support. Would use them again in my next home. Their technical support by phone was also very good.

    14' Garage Door

    Very pleased! Salesperson did a great job of assessing my needs and did not try to "over sell" me. Installer was helpful, tidy and the door looks fantastic. Would highly recommend Dodds!

    Overall review of 4-yr old doors and openers

    Background: We had another garage door company install our garage door openers when we moved into our home 4 years ago. When we started to see random error codes on the opener panels, I called them back to assess the problem. They basically tried to bully me into an overhaul. I was appalled but managed to stand my ground. I told them I was entitled to get a second opinion. That's when I called Dodds. Michael stopped by on time and took the time to listen to my concerns and inspect our garage doors and openers. He was straightforward and took his time to explain things to me. He didn't use scare tactics to compel a sale. I appreciated his honesty and reassurance that if something were to happen to the springs, all would not be lost. I was hesitant to call Dodds in the past because I thought they would be expensive but they weren't. You do get what you pay for. When we need to repair or replace the doors, I will definitely contact Dodds to help us from now on.

    Garage door replacement

    After shopping a big box store and a local garage door company we chose Dodds based on their reputation and reviews. Their price was comparable to the others so why not go with a company with a proven track record? After a no-pressure in-home sales call from Mike who was great, our insulated steel door was ordered. Delivery was on the promised date and the installer Omar made quick work of removing my old wooden door, installing the new door and hooking up my existing opener. He was professional and efficient and really appreciated that the garage was prepped and ready for him. We did have an issue with the weather-stripping but this was resolved quickly and to our satisfaction after a visit from service manager, Stan. We were impressed with Dodds desire to ensure complete satisfaction and appreciated the email from president Len. We would highly recommend Dodds.

    repair garage door

    The garage door opened only a couple of feet this morning and stopped. The roller on one side came off the track. I called Dodds for the first time in my life. I have heard many, many commercials on the radio for Dodds Doors. The repair man, Wil, did a super job. He was courteous and very professional -- he even used a large pail to catch the wood chips when he drilled holes. I am completely satisfied with Dodds Doors and repair man, Wil, and highly recommend this company to any and all who need a garage door repair service.
