    New Garage Door and Opener

    I was worried that our ancient garage door was going to fall down. We replaced it with a beautiful carriage garage door with the sealing panel to keep the cold out. New opener, safety trigger, the whole works. These guys were great. Thank you!!

    cables snapped

    One of the best service calls I have experienced. They were professional in every sense of the word. They delivered what they promised and went above and beyond to make sure that everything was in top working condition. You can call someone else, but why bother? 2 thumbs up Dodd's, you rock!

    Garage Door repair

    Last night the spring broke on our garage door. I called this morning and I was told that a service man would be out this afternoon. We had call before noon that he could come early. The job was completed in less than an hour. Mike the service man was very courteous and efficient. We are very satisfied.

    New Garage Doors

    Last month, when it became apparent that new garage doors were a necessity, my husband and I looked around very briefly before deciding to call Dodds for a quote. We had used Dodds before and our three previous repair calls to them over the years were handled quickly and professionally. Laurie, Dodds' sales rep, was friendly and knowledgable and our overall experience with Dodds was so positive, we decided to order new doors on the spot -- not something we usually do. The new doors were installed a few days ago and we are thrilled with the way they have transformed the front of our home. From the initial call to their office to the final delivery and installation, Dodds exceeded our expectations every step of the way. I have recommended Dodds Garage Door Systems to my friends, family and neighbours and would not hesitate to contact them again.

    garage door repair

    Came home from work and door would not lift nor lower - frozen in place about 5 cm from ground. Called Dodds at 12:15hrs and on site and repair done by 14:30hrs. Outstanding !! Nice people to deal with and technician Mike put up with all my questions as he worked. Thanks and will recommend to anyone who asks :)

    Replace broken garage door spring

    Replaced broken garage door spring. I sent Dodds an e-mail evening of March 6 and received a phone call at 9:00am the following morning. Repairman arrived within allotted timeframe and spring was replaced in 20 minutes. Cost was as per quote, no extras tacked on. Courteous and efficient service.

    Garage Door Replacement

    Called Dodds to asses my Garage Door issues. Was told that parts were not available for my door so decided to get new door. Salesman came out on a Saturday and explained all the options available. Door was ordered and arrived within timeframe stated. Installers showed up and installed within a couple hours - good job and love the door.

    Replace old garage door for new

    I could not be happier... they arrived when they said they would and the installer (Matt) did an excellent job and polite. I could not be happier and highly recommend Dodds .

    Garage Door

    Our old garage door desperately needed to be replaced. Dodds swooped in and saved the day with prompt, friendly and reliable service and products. We love our new door! Thanks, Dodds!

    garage door

    Had to replace my garage door, emailed to inquire, got a call the next day and a representative met with me that Saturday. Explained my options thoroughly. Was installed on the promised date. Installation was quick considering only one person installed, work was great. Only complaint is that I had to wait a month as door has to come from a manufacturer. But overall, great job!
