Rapid response, great service, excellent quality and good value. The owner Bruce has been in this for +30 years and knows exactly what he’s doing! Would use them again in a heartbeat!

I am in the midst of replacing an exterior door at one of my rentals, and came across the email exchange history with Bruce at Door and Window Man. This transaction goes back some time, but a leopard never loses their spots, is my opinion, you are free to make your own decisions. I struggled with timelines for the installation. They measured it incorrectly and as a result used a sledgehammer to smash to door into the opening... That resulted in a misaligned door, that I saw as an issue at installation time. The install team was unwilling to address at the time because "it was late". Bruce came out once to review after the installation, agreed that my position was valid, then ghosted me. I have the email trail to prove it. Would i use them again. Never....Others have seemingly had good experiences. I am glad to hear, but I will not risk it.

Redoing a bathroom in our basement which shared a window with an adjacent room and required a new window. Bruce came up with a creative and clever solution that saved us money and looked great. The installation was meticulous (and tough due to numerous challenges). All done in under 3 weeks from order to install. Bruce's solution saved us money but showed that there are still contractors out there who will sacrifice their short term profits to have long term satisfied partnerships with a customer. We were ready to do more and prepared to pay for it but he didn't try to up-sell us and instead Bruce came up with a great, less expensive solution . Listen to Bruce and you'll be very happy!!

Bruce from Door and Window Man and I decided to change my patio door from a sliding door to 3 French doors. WOW!! Quite the transformation!! I've had everyone remark how 'perfect' and 'natural' they look. From cutting through the drywall to the final touches, Ernest & Rudy did a masterful job. In addition, Door and Window Man arranged for a screen door and also assisted with painting & electrical. Oh yeh, I was pleasantly surprised with the cost. People have remarked my home has increased in value thanks to these gorgeous patio doors. Thanks again for everything!!

My wife and I first used Door and Window Man to install a few windows on our house about a decade ago and were satisfied with the results. Last year, we decided to replace several more windows and chose this company again. HUGE MISTAKE. They were late on the job -- many weeks late. When they did show up, they put some of the new windows in the wrong place and did not install the other windows properly. Getting them to come back and make things right took many emails and phone calls. This company has major attitude. Perhaps they don't need the business? This summer, we noticed water damage by the window sill of one of the windows they had replaced. We called to have them come in and inspect the window. They said they would send someone over. It is two months since. Still waiting, but not holding our breath. BUYER BEWARE. DO NOT USE THE DOOR AND WINDOW MAN.

I hired Bruce and his team back in 2004 to outfit the house with new windows. This year, 12 years later, i was a little aggressive with a few of the windows when attempting to clean them and asked Bruce to fix them for me. Not only did Bruce come over himself, he fixed the 3 of them and didn't charge me. He did, however, show me how not to be so aggressive with the windows when i clean them in the future. Thanks for an amazing visit, Bruce!

I called this company to replace a few windows at my house They did a great job and kept it very clean I would recommend them to my friends and use them again when I need to replace my front door

The old wooden back door of our 85+ year old house needed replacing, but we wished to use the existing wooden door frame if possible . Bruce arrived to provide an estimate on the same day we contacted him. The new door was ready to install just a week later! Despite the cold and snow that day, Ernie the installer did a terrific job of overcoming the challenges of the existing door frame. We are delighted that we contacted the experienced team at Door and Window Man, and are very happy with the timely installation of our beautiful new energy-efficient steel door.

I had 3 front and back insulated doors and a large 3 section living room window installed by Bruce. He came in and the installation was quick and easy, very professional. I would definitely order from him again.

Bruce called me almost immediately when I asked for a quote, then came by the next day, but since then getting quotes and service appointments has been slow. Part of the delay has been due to bad weather, but part of it, as other reviews also mention, due to them apparently being too busy. And beware writing negative reviews, unless you like getting snarky emails ;)
