    new windows thruout

    this is the 3rd time i have used this company over the last 10 years.they always know the right product to recommend. i was totally satisfied and would not hesitate to recommend them.bast part same installers each time.

    KITCHEN RENO

    It took months for me to decide which company to trust to do new kitchen windows and patio door for my new home. I contacted Door and Window Man where they were attentive and clearly skilled. Within a day they came to my home for a free estimate. the price was EXCELLENT. Within a very resonable time i had new windows and patio door!Everything was done in a professional manner and timely. I have referred my closest friends to the company. I would strongly reccomend the company.

    exterior and interior doors

    After our house was broken into my husband and I chose Door and Window Man to replace our broken patio doors. The company was a pleasure to work with. We were so happy with the end result we called them back when we did a renovation on the inside of our home. They were very knowledgeable with regard to products and home construction in general. Not only did we like their workmanship, reliability and service but their attention to detail and sense of design is what especially impressed us and set them apart from the competition.

    Doors and windows replaced

    We have dealt with this company on four separate occasions. They have replaced our dining room kitchen and front doors, as well as most of our windows. Because of budgetary constraints we could not have all this work done at once, we spread it over a number of years. They were efficient and installed the products in a timely manner. The products are of excellent quality and we have recommended this company to many of our friends.

    New front doors installed

    In November 2007 we contacted Door & Window Man to convert our front door and sidelite to double doors. They helped us with the design, recommending stained fiberglass doors with custom glass installed and complimentary hardware. They cut the opening for the new doors, installed them and cleaned up the place, almost better thatn we could have done it. All this was done in the promised timeframe. We have received many compliments on our new doors and already recommended Door & Window Man to our neighbours and friends.

    7 Windows and Patio door installed

    Had seven windows and a sliding patio door installed with this company. Everything was done on schedule, in a very clean and professional manner, and all debris was taken away by the installers. Salesperson very knowledgeable about the trade and products and following his recommendations got me a good deal and excellent quality product. I will hire them again to do rest of the windows in my house, as well as a new entrance door. Dani Thornhill

    Window and French door installation

    Worst of the worst in dealing with company. Stay far away from his disorganized store. He was late in delivering took multiple times to replace our hardware (repeatedly gave us the wrong colour) and windows were incorrect sizes. Doors looked cheap. Strongly recommend you pick another more reputable company.

    We are quite sorry this customer was dissappointed in our service. Since we tried multiple times to get the hardware and paint colour correct, that speaks well of our company. For the past 23 years Door and Window Man has served the community with a very high success rate as most of our business is repeat and from referrals. We use only high quality brand name products so this customer received the product he chose notwithstanding or making light of his issues. We will continue to work hard to give the best products and service.

    Door Install, Door & Window replacement

    This was the worst door & window installation imaginable. Front door, kitchen door & kitchen window replaced, two small living room windows installed and double doors installed in the dining room where there was a window. The two small windows went smoothly. The front door had to be redone because it was off level. The kitchen window replacement caused a big crack in the brick. The dining room doors required a permit that they didn't get. Got caught by a city inspector. Lintel was too small. Had to redo. They had cut the brick without hanging plastic inside the house. Twice. No bricks for the re-do. Didn't even bring a ladder. Hardware was sold to someone else. Back door left open on a long weekend. No solid apologies. Should I stop?

    The judge of a company is how they deal with the issues. Although we don't agree with all that was written, this homeowner was doing a large renovation and there were many contractors and the overall project did take several months. We always communicated by phone and email and looked after all the issues. The project passed inspection and the homeowner paid in full. They have have good warranties on all the products which we will honour for years to come.
