Thank you Doctor Green, As tough as this summer has been with the lack of water my lawn looks great!!! All my visits from Doctor Green were quick and on schedule. Even the guidance for preventing future problems was great. Looking forward to doing business next year and years to come. If you would like a nice lush green lawn I highly recommend using Doctor Green for your lawn service.

As a first year customer with Dr. Green I have been very satisfied with your service. Service is provided promptly by your courteous staff. I plan on re-booking for next year.

Terrible service! I cancelled last year by phoning their 1-877-374-7336 "Customer Care" (what a joke). Told them I was moving. They turned up anyway and gave another end of year treatment. I called in total 6 times - they keep coming!! The last call the rep said I had not called - pretty well told me I was not telling the truth (can't use the "L" word). This is as close to the so called "negative billing" as you get. Also the email has a "no reply' function and one is forced into their slow rude customer care reps - who do not keep accurate records and threaten legal action. I am taking this lot to small claims - I am sick to death of them. Next step is a double registered letter to their office.

I have talked Dr Green over the phone for a quote, said thank-you let me check out some other quotes from other companies before I decide. Then I receive a bill in the mail and after speaking with them I was told that I instructed to go ahead which I did not. After speaking to them about that I did not order their services and to find anything that proves that in fact I ordered, they went ahead and added $58 in "cancellation fee", put me their account with a collection department that calls my phone every other week with a threatening voice message. I did not ask for a cancellation fee, I asked them that they provide me with anything that proves I made an order. Nowadays I still get their invoices, and every month they tack on interest fee. Judge by yourself, look out because Dr. Green send people out without any confirmation you "signed" up with them

The service provided was pretty good. Very reliable an worked most of the time, some of the weed control doesn't seem to work on the weeds on the edge of the lawn. But I would say our lawn is greener and thicker than it has been in the past year. The only other criticism that I have is when granular fertilizer is applied the granules are left all over the interlocking walk way and patio it would be nice if the technician could either be more careful when applying or sweep it up after he is done. Not a huge deal but we try and keep our interlocking from getting stained or damaged the best we can. Great work from the Dr. Green Lawn care team!!!

This is our first year with Dr Green and although the weather has not been a challenge, our lawn seems to have come through the heat ok so far. I do like the e-mails that come with the information for the next service, but I do wish that the grub control was not done on a Friday as I missed the e-mail and we were going away for the weekend, therefore was not able to water like we were instructed to do, so I am not sure if it was effective at all which disappoints me as grub control is the main reason we go with a lawn company. Next year, I would appreciate nothing being done on a Friday, especially the grub control. Other than that, I have been happy with the service this year

On the whole things look pretty good. There is still lots of dandelion, Scottish thistle, crabgrass, and others. I did not water so I know this is partially my fault. I do wish though you had a better herbicide.

I would like to comment on the service that I have yet received from Dr. Green Services. First of all I would like to commend the excellent customer service that I have received from The technicians that have serviced my lawn during this past season. They have given me some valued tips as to cutting my grass at the proper height, watering methods to maintain my grass during drought periods and also how to tend to my weeds as my lawn has been over run by crab grass and they applied fiesta weed control and that has greatly diminished any spread of further weeds to surrounding lawn. I would though like to see a more careful approach as to how the paper work is left at my front door. Being in a new sub division my home doesn’t have a post box. I rely that any paper work be left at my door in-between the door handle or at least to have a little bag as doctor green has left in my past home so that they could hook the bag handle to my door latch and the it wont be swept away by any wind gusts. I say this because the paper receipt has just been left between the door handle in past and the wind swept it away. When I return home I hadn’t noticed any statement at my front door and proceeded to water my lawn. I then has noticed that there was a little stick note on my front part of my front lawn stating not to water my lawn for a period of 24 hours to make the fiesta weed control have effective results where I then quickly ran to shut off the water faucet in my back yard. My belief if I hadn’t noticed that front sign attached to my lawn the weed control would have been ineffective. So If I could provide a tip, please include the receipt in a plastic bag and attach it to the door handle that little latch that opens my door. The first thing before I so anything is look at my front door step for such notices. Other then this little issue I have been pleased to use Dr. Green services and have been using them for over 15 or more years. I was so satisfied I decided to pass on their services on my new home. Its been wonderful ever since. Thank you Dr. Green.

Beware! We moved our family to Calgary last November and just last week we received a letter in the mail from Dr.Green. Appearantly they have sent other letters, but after we opened some we believed they were all ads for additional services. The last letter we opened said it was a final notice and threat of sending us for collections on an outstanding balance of $330 for services conducted this last summer. We did not renew the service as we left the province. They continued to provide the service eventhough we did not sign up! In the previous 5 years we prepaid the season thus always having a balance of $0. Buyer Beware of their "continual service". I have filed a complaint with the BBB and surprise there are over 60 other compaints. My experince with their customer service was terrible. They basically said "that is our policy, deal with it". I would never reccomend this service, there are too many other great lawn care companies to choose from, rather than dealing with Dr. Green

We had a few mishaps along the way, but customer service was always quick to respond and rectify the errors. My lawn is lush and green again - thanks Dr. Green!
