When I phoned Dr. Green for a quote this Spring, the service I received was terrific and, in fact, it was the reason I went with Dr. Green over other companies. During the season I was informed of all services in advance and if I needed to make a change to a service date, it was very easy to do. If I had any concerns or if a treatment did not take, someone was sent within a few days to redo the treatment. Unfortunately, due to the extreme heat this summer, my lawn does not look any better than it always has. I have many bare spots and a ton of weeds. I am hoping that in the Spring the lawn will come back stronger because I had these treatments done this season and I will not have to worry so much about it.

This is my first season choosing Dr. Green and I am happy I did. One of Dr. Green representatives came by in the spring and I initially declined the service. After thinking about how much I spent and what I was quoted I decided to try Dr. Green's services. Throughout the season my grass has a noticeable deep green colour. It is now the middle of September and comparing my grass to my neighbors, there's is a little yellow and mine is a deep green. Over these past season I also noticed my grass becoming thicker. I am happy with the results and I think I will continue to use Dr. Green's services.

My experience with Dr. Green lawn care was very good. The price was reasonable and I believe we got good value for what we paid. I would consider using you again next year for my lawn care.

Thanks for a good year of lawncare. It was a hot, dry summer, but the weed control did make an impact. My only advice would be to watch the weather as we did need some spray reapplied due to being applied in rainy weather. Thanks for a good year, great staff, would recommend.

The lawn certainly looks a lot better and healthier than this time last year, however, the weeds seem to have been an ongoing problem even with an additional spray when it was requested. At this time I expect to continue with your services next year, and hope that the end results surpass this year.

Negative option billing is supposed to be illegal, but these guys do it. If you use them call at y/e to cancel or else you're in for a world of grief and calls! Use anybody else!

We have been loya Customers of Dr Green for the past 4 or 5 years. This past summer our experience not so great. We have the ll inclusive package and sadly we have the worse looking lawn in the neighbourhood. Even our next door neighbour who parks his car on his grass and has never watered or did weed treatments looks 150% better than ours. Our lawn looks like dried up broken straw with the exception of the very green weeds and the exceptionally green veggie garden that my daughter planted and left unattended. My once perfect lawn that used to receive rave reviews from passerby now gets comments from passerby wondering if the original owners have died. How humilating indeed. I have spent an additional 300$ since end of August trying to salvage. I even had to order green lawn paint from a golf course to help the eye sore. Not an happy cutsomer to say the least. I"ve even considered transplanting my weeds to try and repair the sight.

We are generally pleased with the overall experience. Response to any issues we reported about our lawn were answered in a very timely manner, many in the same day or the next day. The work was scheduled and carried out as soon as weather permitted. I like the fact you informed us the day before the next service was due to take place via e-mail and telephone. I look forward to next season and hope to see an e-mail from Dr. Green when it comes time to sign-up for another year.
