ABSOLUTE WORST SERVICE!!!! These people are not honest at all. They showed up for one treatment on my lawn and did not fully finish the job. I had to chase them down for 2 months to come back and complete the job which was aeration and overseeding. They kept saying they were coming out but never did!!! After my cancellation of services, they showed up to apply weed killer. With the amount of complaints against this particular company, why has not the Better Business Bureau shut them down? Keep far away from these folks.

Very VEry bad experience with dr green they did our lawn last year.. it remain the same as it was before.. in jan 2012 we call them to cancel the service and Lady who ans the phone said NO PROBLEM... i was on vacation two month ago and come and did my lawn again and sent me the bill and infect last year they made me pay in advance.. anyways i called again to cancel but NO RESULT they came snd did it again , sent us the bill again. I m takiing this matter with police hopefully tresspassing charges will be laid on them..........anyone can suggest me batter idea??

Worst service and product ever got. Don't ever be kind to their sales person. This company is close to impossible to close your account. They just keep coming back without your consent year after year! Their bills are not as promised. Their services if ever anything was half completed. They are best at sales and collections of bills and ignoring their customers. Be warned. Avoid this company the best you can!!!

So far the services provided by Dr Green has very poor. This first service provider who I had to make repeat calls to remind them about the services they promised to deliver at that time I signed and services they were providing are no very near to what was agreed. For example I had request them numerous times for the aeration it took them 8 weeks to get it completed whereas they had done by beginning by end of mid May but it was never done till beginning of June. Then I had to follow for fertilizer application and the customer services kept saying they did it according to the information they received from their operation.Finally the supervisor had to come and verified it was never done and he had to do the fertilizer. Same the goes for weed control and when the guy came to do the weed control instead of doing blanket weed control he only did spot weed control and due to that now I have weeds growing every where. I have requested the customer services to do the blanket weed control. If I have to follow up everytime that is just frustrating.Plus I also learnt that they do not have service team at Oshawa and everytime the guys were travelling from Missassauga to perform the services for me. They were telling it was so much waste of their time and difficult to respond to my service.But what frustrates me the most is that their sales team sells you something and customer services try to get the service but the operations are so lagging behind to deliver the services promised to the customer such as myself who has made all the payments for the services that the customer experience is very poor. I cannot even cancel the services because they will not refund my money for the pain their causing me. I will not go with next year and will not recommend to anyone until they seriously mend their way of delivering quality services.

We have used Dr Green now for 3 years and it has been a good value for the money. They have provided eco friendly fertilizer and weed services as well as aeration and power raking. We still have to mow and water :-( but with those two things done we have the nicest lawn we've ever had, and in a tough dry sloping area near a bus stop on a busy street. A couple of times they have gotten mixed up and done the back yard as well as the front when we've only asked for the front. They did not charge for this, but they did leave the gate slightly open which was inconvenient when we found our dogs at our neighbors place.

The company has a very good sales pitch claiming the best service to kill the weeds and service the lawn. In reality if you have weeds the results are not there. I have had to have them come back constantly without getting the results. My standard dandelions aren't even dying. I'm following all there directions (cutting grass to 3" etc) and sitll nothing. The leaves change colour for a bit but after a day or so they cam back nice and strong. I was getting so frustrated that they were spreading and getting bigger I went and bought some weed-be-gone concentrate from home depot. Mixed it up and sprayed. Whe I sprayed the plants completely died off in a few days. I keep calling them back but they say wait a few more days, wait a few more days. Then to reschedule they book it 10 days out. I mean one time the guy came with an empty tank of the s pray and did about 1/5th of the lawn before saying he would have to come back the next day. They are also not very careful when overseeding. It appears they were in a rush and they ended up overseeding my entire property. All spring/summer I keep having to dig up all the grass in my flower beds. I would not recommend them at all.

We used Dr. Green for the first time this year to aerate our lawn. We found them through Groupon coupon site and were very pleased that they honoured the coupon rate which was lower than the $85 regular fee. They arrived on time, kept in regular email contact when rain prevented them from donig the work. We thought we got good value.

Dr. Green is incompetent. I had ordered the seasonal package and aeration and had given strict instruction to knock on the door to gain access to the backyard as I have a pitbull and want to be a resposible dog owner. In mid May 2012 when the tech came to the house to aerate, he only aerated the front yard and left a note saying he could not access the back, and it looked like he wouldn't be able to get through anyway so he didn't do the back. My wife also was in contact that day to find out when the tech would be there and they told her by 5:30 pm, so she stayed at the house all day waiting for them and no one came. When we left the house at 6:30 pm, the aeration had just been done at the front and he did not knock on the door to gain access to the back. Then to top it off when we contacted Dr. Green the next day to find out why this happened they said they don't knock on doors and we are to leave the gates open for their access. I cancelled all services except the aeration as they had completed a portion of it and I wanted to get the service completed without paying for it twice. They said they would complete it the next week....but again, it was not done. It is mid June 2012 now and last week I was notified on tuesday that the tech would be coming to complete the aeration of the lawn the following day, weather permitting of course. Because of the poor weather it did not get completed. On Friday when returning home from work there was a note indicating that they had been to house and, low and behold, couldn't access the back yard because no one was there. It probably would have helped if they let us know they were coming. My fingers are crossed that the aeration gets completed this summer.

as so many other have expressed the service of this company is unacceptable! It is middle of July they have been here once to fertilize..kind of, they don't return my calls. I've been trying to change my email with them for two weeks. I prepaid that was a disaster charged me twice it took calling my credit card company to fix that.waiting for aeration now that rainy season is over! The company I used last year has been to the neighbors three times already this year, I'm going back to them next year..have to pull weeds now! Maybe I will seed too since that was promised...Can not wait till august for that !

We cancelled the service in Fall of 2011 because of poor performance and untimely visits that didn't follow any schedule. Very unprofessional. They still came out and treated the lawn in spring 2012 and are now sending a . This is the type of incompitence that made us switch services.
