Dr. Green lawncare is easy to deal with on the phone. I appreciate that they call before coming, and are willing to repeat the service when the customer is not satisfied.

Dr Green took care of my lawn in the 2011 season and it was the worst mistake I've ever made. They did not improve my lawn and the weed issues for which I employed them. Their customer service was very poor in responding to the lackluster performance. Worst of all was the rude customer service agent who dealt with me. I was very disappointed with the service and the customer care as they failed to resolve my issues indeed or even from the client relationship perspective. i'll never use them again and will make sure nobody I know does....

We used Dr. Green for the first time last year. After many failed attempts to control the weeds in our grass, we finally has a nice lawn which stood out on our street as green and lush. We are using Dr. Green again this year and hope to see even better results the second year!

When I tell them about companies that are potentially giving a better price for more services, they usually match those prices which makes me want to remain a customer of Dr. Green. We used Dr. Green's complete lawn care program last year and our lawn was in great shape the whole season. We received several compliments from our neighbours. Dr. Green's employees were prompt, courteous and very efficient, making recommendations regarding watering procedures to ensure the program's success. We received timely advnce notices of when to expect our next treatment. We have renewed our contract with them and highly recommend their services.

I've had Dr. Green as my lawncare provider for the past 2 seasons and am quite pleased with the service I receive. I especially like that if I'm not pleased with the results of my lawn treatment for weeds all I have to do is call and they gladly reapply the treatment at no additional cost. I also like the early morning visits with a feedback of my lawncare progress. Customer service is also courteous and helpful with my telephone calls. I also like the reminders that I receive via telephone and e-mail informing me of any upcoming visits. I have signed up once again for the 2012 season. Thank you Dr. Green!
