We have been using Dr. Green for the past 3 years and our lawn has returned to it's original lush green state that we enjoyed in earlier years. Dr. Green's treatments have not only helped thicken and green up our lawn, they have protected it from various bug and animal infestations. Dr. Green has been very responsive to every problem we have identified and clearly want to maintain high customer satisfaction levels. We will be using their services again for the coming season!

We have used Dr Green for 4 years plus and have been more than pleased. In any retail business there will always some small problem, and when we called Dr Green about our concerns, they were here the next day to talk to us and correct the situation. Their service and their concern for the customer is overwhelming. We discussed their service with our daughter and son-in-law and they have used Dr Green for two years now, and in fact their neighbour is now a Dr Green customer. The lawn is great, the only problem is that we have to cut it.

There was no control of weeds with Dr. Green weed care treatment program. Futher inspite of canceling the program, they were repeatedly coming to our house and demanding that they have done something and claiming for payment. There was no proof that they did any service.

I've used Dr Green for the past several years for a basic fertilizer and weed control program. Service for treatments has always been good with a call reminder ahead of time. The only issue that I've has is that I originally used them for aeration as well but they couldn't seem get to our house early enough in the season for my liking.

Any person in their right mind would not deal with Dr Green. I made the biggest mistake letting them look after my lawn. They ruined my lawn and refused to fix it. All my neighbors were astonished by the poor quality of my lawn. I made sure I told them not to deal with Dr. Green. I cancelled with them and then this morning after I left for work they showed up and did a treatment on my lawn. My neighbor phoned me at work to let me know. This is what they do. Then they will expect payment. Just a warning to everyone. I learned my lesson the hard way. Jean L

I don't buy services over the phone ever! Your sales people do a great job in selling your services. I appreciated the lawn aerating in the fall. Great job. I look forward to a weed free green lawn this year.

Overall a positive experience! I had a budget your rep created a program that fit my budget , the “other” guy who was vying for my business didn’t seem able to deviate from their program. In the past your guys are courteous and not noticed, a good thing come & go & hopefully I get a nice lawn at the end of it.

I have been using Dr Green's lawn care service for the last 2 years and I'm very pleased with the results. I'm especially happy with their customer service and responsiveness. Here's an example. Last year I noticed that the newly laid grass seeds (part of overseeding program) did not germinate and I made a call. Without hesitation they agreed to do another aeration and overseeding of my entire lawn. I'm happy when a company stands by their word, trusts its customer and put them first with remedial action instead of excuses.

I like that you use green products and that you always phone to tell me when you're coming out so that I'm not surprised and can open my gate. Also the advice the technician leaves behind is helpful.

We were customers of Dr Green for the first time last year. We had moved into a home 4 years ago, and the lawn had been quite unsightful since we arrived. My husband insisted that he could deal with it himself, but after 3 years, I was still bothered by the state of our property. I received a flyer that explained about the Dr. Green services and when you add up the cost of all the treatments that one needs each year, plus the application time, it seemed a good idea to try Dr. Green. We were both pleased. Our lawn is not 'perfect' yet, but we figure that if we stay with Dr. Green, it will be in the near future.
