I was generally pleased with the overall service that was provided this past season. The only exception was the lawn surrounding the front mulch bed under 2 trees was not great. I was told that the soil conditioner and other applications would greatly improve this area but it wasn't the case.

As a new customer to Dr. Green, and as someone who had never had this type of lawn service previously, I feel the care for my lawn improved the overall health of the lawn which led to less watering, less weeds and greener grass. The technicians always left the invoice in my mailbox, with suggestions on watering and the length of my grass (too short). There was one issue with the winter fertilization and no notice provided. I called the customer service number and received confirmation of the application of this service quickly.

This was my first year with Dr. Green. I could see quite an improvement in my lawn. Everyone was very professional. Thank you Dr. Green and we look forward to next season.

I do appreciate the Dr. Green service. The timely notices saying when they are coming out, as well as the written instructions and suggestions post service. Dealing over the phone with your service department is always done in a professional manner. My one concern is that each year, for the past 3, I am having to pull more dandelions than I ever have in the past. I realize the laws regarding pesticides have some affect here but I'd like to know what Dr. Green is doing to find some other source for killing the weeds. Thanks again for your service.

We were really pleased with the results from our Dr. Green “very best program” this Summer. The lawn has never been greener and healthier. I understand the limitations of today’s weed killing formulas, and hope that work is ongoing to find a “green” solution that is as quick and effective as the now-banned pesticides. We pre-paid our program, and as a result did find it confusing when the invoices were always left behind after services with an amount owing showing on them. As people who like to ensure prompt payment to any debt, we’d really rather that the invoices reflect our PAID status. Anyway, we’ve already signed up for next year, and are looking forward to another green Summer.

We are very happy with Dr. Green’s services. Our front lawn and backyard look great plus Dr. Green is much more affordable than Green Drop (who previously maintained our lawn). We would highly recommend Dr. Green.

My experience with Dr. Green over the past, I believe seven years, has been tremendous. This is a company, who I believe, truly has the best interest of their clients at heart. Each time I call, about a concern or a product, the customer service has been top notch. Because of this I feel valued and respected. This in turn has prompted me to recommend the company to any of my friends or coleagues who might need lawn care services. Thanks, and continue doing what you do. We use Dr. Green now for two years and we couldn't be happier! They are reliable, very professional and not to mention affordable. We have a great looking lawn where the kids can play. We would definitely recommend Dr. Green lawn services!

Good things about Dr. Green – • office folks that make appointments are very friendly and accommodating, • I was promised that my dandelions would be gone and they are! (and they were terrible the year before) • every time I called with a concern it was promptly dealt with Not such good things – • I ordered an aeration and got a vmail indicating I had to mark the sprinkler heads before the next day. We work during the day and are often not home til late at night when it is too dark to do the marking so had to cancel a couple of times. I really need a couple of days notice on this service if possible • Had a hard time getting the seeding done – due to aeration delay, then no seed, finally had to wait til fall • Overall my grass still doesn’t look great and not sure why – could be due to difficulties getting seeding done in the spring, will try again next season Overall, I’m happy with the service

I have been using your services for two years now and will do so again in 2012. I am satisfied with the five visits and that you let me know before coming. Your people are almost working too fast, but seem to do a good job.
