I would like to thank all of the people working at Dr. Green for their professionalism and excellence. With their help and guidance I have been able to keep my lawn healthy and weed free all year. This is a major undertaking due to the fact that I back onto a hydro right of way, and weeds just blow in.

This past season was our first as your customer and I hope the great service continues. The weather in Calgary can be a challenge and I believe this past summer was one of the worst. I especially appreciate your advance notice E-Mail before each visit. Keep up the good work and you will have a loyal customer. Our lawn was looking awesome at the end of the year.

I have had an excellent experience with Dr. Green as a first time customer. I had a weed infested lawn to start the year and through multiple applications, the number of weeds has been reduced. They sent out staff to evaluate the condition of my lawn and suggested remedies of aeration and over seeding. The delivery of service was fast and reliable. The customer care line is always friendly and willing to help resolve any issue or problem. Dr. Green also has provided competitive rates. This and their excellent service has prompted me to renewed my lawn care for 2012.

Be very careful with lawn care services. They are not just annual contracts. If you dont cancel they just keep coming, even if you don't live there and like the other person said, they send you to collections. We sold our house but they kept treating and finally contacted me at the end of the year, with a collection notice. I am sure I will never use Dr. Green again and will let everyone I know learn how this company does business and how they treat their customers. If you try to talk to someone in authority, you are told no one is available.

These guys treated my lawn last year with grub control. This year evidentially the grub control was no longer in my program - nobody bothered to tell us. So guess what - grubs ate a 20' x 10' hole in my lawn. They called looking for their final payment and I refused saying they needed to first fix my lawn. The customer service rep said they would send a supervisor to inspect the situation . Nobody showed and they sent us to collections! Dr. Green Lawncare doesn't care.

So far so good!! I am not sure if I was really over seeded, the day it was done, I did not see any seeds anywhere. I would have thought I would have seen some, at least maybe on the edge of the drive or patio. I guess I will wait until spring to see if I have a greener and fuller lawn after both aerating and over seeding.

I started using Dr. Green towards the end of the summer when I noticed crab grass growing. They came out to fertilize and treat my lawn on a regular basis and did the aeration service as well. i am very pleased with their service and especially how my lawn looks. It is much greener than my neighbors lawn(which is how my lawn looked before being treated by Dr. Green. I was hesitant at first with using Dr. Green after reading some negative reviews, but I am very pleased that those reviews are not anywhere close to being accurate. I would recommend Dr. Green if you want a green and weed free lawn.

My yard looked so much better this year after using your services, my husband and I are pleased with the results from using your company. However, I was told I would receive e-mails prior to your visit and I never received any, so I did not have any opportunity to pick up the dog’s “waste” – so if you stepped in any, I do apologize. Overall, I liked your company and service though and everyone I spoke with was very pleasant.

This was our first year of service with Dr. Green and was thoroughly satisfied; The lawn was as green as it's ever been and recovered nicely from dog's damage! Thanks Dr. Green!
