Dr Green Lawn Care Services reviews (1265)

Lawn care treatment was ineffective and expensive. I used the service for two years with no improvement and I then changed to another company. I was then billed by Dr. Green for a service that they did not even provide. They have a clause that says they will continue providing the service until cancelled. They are now claiming that they provided some lawn care in April even though there was no sign on the lawn, no service invoice in the mail box, and they then billed me 6 weeks later. Very poor company with questionable business practices.

My experience is the same as all of the others on this list who rated this company ZERO.ZERO. Do not engage them. They take no notice of cancellations and will continue to bill you forever.

We were billed last year several times for services we did not want and had said "no" to. This year we informed the company that we did NOT want their services. They sent a guy anyway... we informed him we did not want his services... they sent another guy the next day... we have phoned, we have told them in person when they arrive... and yet they still come. We will NOT be paying for any more services from them this year - no matter how many times they come.

i have had dr. green for 12 years now and i am a very satisfied person they have very nice and smart staff i think they are a great bunch of people and dont know how anyone would not want the services

This is my 4th season using Dr. Green and I love the services they provide. It takes away the worry and the nagging my husband about looking after the lawn. The service is great, the lawn care guys are friendly and helpful. They will come out and troubleshoot problem areas. My lawn looks great and I don't have the to struggle to make it look that way!

I have been a customer of Dr. Green's for several years. I look forward to the spring time to see my lawn back into top shape. All of their technicians are more then happy to answer any questions I may have, and truly enjoy their job.

Found this site and had to comment on their behalf, Ive dealt with these guys for going on 3 years and never had an issue. Their staff are polite, my lawn looks great and I have never been over billed. They took the my old weed infested lawn and made it something to be proud of, the only downside is it needs cutting a lot more than dead grass.

My lawn has never looked better! When they took over in 2009, my lawn was in terrible shape. they have worked with me to help me understand how to properly care for my lawn in between their visits. I would recommend this service to anyone! keep up the great work!

I had a thin lawn with many weeds and Dr. Green was able to really thicken up my lawn and did an amazing job at reducing my many weeds to very few weeds. There customer service was excellent and lawn technicians were very helpful in explaining to me what I needed to do to help with the process. I am happy to have finally found a company that can follow through in there promise.

Dr. Green serviced my lawn claiming I had ordered the service over the telephone. When I phoned they insisted I had order the service. I refused to pay but was harassed for serveral months and threatened with collections. If this happens to you ask for the telephone recording of your order. They will not be able to provide it. The BBB were useless for this complaint and yet I see I am not the only one who has had problems with this company!
