    lawn care

    Have used Dr Green for over five years for lawn care. During this period I have had a very positive experience with the company and with all staff I have dealt with. The service has been great and timely. I have always been informed by e-mail when technicians are coming to perform their treatment. The technicians have always completed an easy to understand report with helpful recommendations. Have spoken to Melissa quite a few times, who has been quite good at clarifying my questions and concerns. Fred Richmond Hill

    Lawn Service

    We are satisfied with Dr. green's service and their prices and have been a customer for several years. We appreciate their friendly customer service and Any time we have had a question or concern about our lawn their specialist has come immediately.

    Do not use this company

    They take advantage of unsuspecting costumers , I paid them last summer for their very bad service (my lawn was better before . They trespassed my lawn this summer , did work I didn't ask for , now asking me to pay them for work I haven't ask for .

    Annual Lawn Service

    We have paid for their services for two years in the past. We were unhappy the first year, and opted to cancel. They came out anyway the following year, telling us that it continues automatically. We were unhappy with the service, but were given a better deal and offered free services (aeration). The aeration was never done, and two times they came and fertilized or put down weed control when there was a very high chance to rain, despite telling us not to water for 48 hours. (The second time, it started raining as the truck drove away.) We told them in the fall that we did not want to continue with their services. Come 2016, and like before, they just showed up and sent us a bill afterwards. ($65, for 5 minutes of fertilizing.) Then a few weeks later they sent an email announcing another visit. I immediately sent them a note that we did not want the service, cancel any visit. Someone called and said they would cancel the visit and the service. (The tech did show up, but we were not billed for it. They did break the gate latch on the way out though.) Then last week someone called to tell me they were coming again. I AGAIN reiterated that we did not want any services, we had cancelled, do not send anyone, and stop all services. They assured me that they would, and a note would be put on the file about it. Surprise surprise, yesterday when we got home someone had been out again, and left another bill. If you want to come and do the lawn for free, wonderful. I'm not paying for services that I did not ask for, and specifically requested that you NOT do though. It is infuriating. The only positive I will give them is we did see improvement on the lawn last year. However I found the prices to be outrageous, for the amount of fertilizer that is actually put down. And it seems impossible to cancel services once you sign up.

    Dr. Green Lawn Care - Terrible

    I have been patient for 3 years. My lawn still looks terrible. They keep recommending top dressing and over seeding, WHICH I HAVE ORDERED FOR 3 YEARS! They have never delivered it even though it has been paid for. They only answer the phone from 9-5 pm, yet they call you to up-sell you on service at 9:00 pm. I think I have finally cancelled successfully. There are lots of other choices out there... keep looking.

    Lawn weed treatment

    My wife contacted and paid for weed treatment service on Thursday May 26 from Dr. Green. She was told it would be a few days before the lawn was treated. She followed up on Monday May 30 and was assured that the service would be done on Wednesday June 1, as that was when their truck/s were in Leduc. Our lawn was not treated and I personally saw their truck in my neighborhood. My wife called again this afternoon (June 2) and complained and asked for our lawn to be done today. They said they could not but would do it tomorrow (June 3). They gave no reasons as to why it was not done on Wednesday. So, when they wanted our business we were assured of the service in a few days, and now we are at 8 days tomorrow. This is an absolute farce of a business!! Extremely unimpressed! Must express how quick they were to take our credit card and now it's been a week of continuous prompting to get them here. Will be looking for our money back again if they do not fulfill their end of the bargain tomorrow. Unbelievable!

    Excellent service and support

    Doctor Green has provided all services proactivly, professionaly and timely manner. My lawn looks excellent. They are really delivering in what they promised back in the fall. I am very happy with their services. Thank you Dr. Green.

    Lawn

    I came back to dr. Green because he knows how to treat my lawn well and for now the affordable price that they offered me. This is due to the fact that they catered to my personal request of factoring in My special personalized service and what was just required for my lawn.

    Save my lawn.

    I needed to regain control of my lawn and Dr green provided most of what was required. All I had to do was cut and water and have patience. Thank you.

    Healthy Lawn Care Program with additions

    Work is rarely completed as per the terms and conditions of the original contract I signed. Most visits do require follow ups to correct reoccurring deficiencies. Attention to detail on site is lacking. Customer service is excellent to deal with but the extended wait periods upon call in suggest that more staff are required or there is quite possibly constant on site issues that most clients are experiencing similar to mine. Currently I am giving the company one final year to win me over or I will take my business elsewhere!
