    Home lawn service

    Returning customer. Like being told in advance when the next service is happening. Good value; friendly service people; friendly, persistent following-up on service and future needs. Really need the company to come up with a lawn rolling option.

    Lawncare

    We were using Dr green services for several years and are satisfied with their service. We have a great looking lawn, front and back. We have recommended them to my son.

    Garden service

    Dr. Green service was very good. I am their customer since last 13 Years. I am 71 year old. I always renew my contract after expiring my seasonal contract. They always call me and discuss pricing and services. This time Guy came without my notice and did the service front yard and my back yard was locked. He left a bill for $64.00. When I called to enquire the behavior was so rude I was surprised and shocked. Last year I paid $174 for 5 basic services. Now they told double pice. I have 2 quotes $169.99 for 6 services. I left 3 massages for Sara manager. But she never called me back. I don't know whether management has been changed. But from their behavior I can judge that they are not professional. In this situation I don't know what to do about $64 invoice. Please guide me. In 13 years I never saw my lawn Green except the sign Dr. Green. Worst service and more than worst customer behavior.

    Poor workmanship and confused customer service

    Hired them to do a spring cleanup and year long treatments. Got home to find 2 garbage bags of waste in the middle of my driveway. Front and back yards looked untouched. Last time I power raked, 9 bags of waste and they barely pulled up 2. Called to complain and cancel. Agreed to pay 1/2 price for service provided and cancelled remainder of service. Over a 4-6 month period, got calls once a week from different agents requesting the rest of the money. Kept telling them that it was dealt with. Calls from Calgary, Ontario and another unknown location and none of them communicated with each other. When the whole ordeal was finally dealt with, they kept calling to renew service saying they can make me a better deal and that they were under new management or had new contractors.

    75% price increase

    After 7 years of being the customer I have been given the price increase of approx. 75% compared to the last year cost for the same service (incl. aeration and overseeding). After waiting for a week for a confirmation of a price reduction or matching to a competitor's quote the answer came back as a straight NO. Very disappointing end to otherwise good quality service.

    Dr Green showing up after cancellation of Service

    I HAVE CANCELLED DR GREEN SERIVCE LAST YEAR WHEN I MADE THE PAYMENT AND THE LADY GUARANTEED ME THE SERVICE HAS BEEN CANCELLED. YESTERDAY THEY SHOWED UP AND DID A SERVICE TO MY LAWN WITHOUT MY PERMISSION, TRIED CALLING TOLL FREE NUMBER NO BODY ANSWERING THE LINE OR NO ONE CALLED BACK, I EVEN SEND AN EMAIL. THIS IS TOO BAD. PLEASE HELP ME TO CANCEL THE SERVICE.

    Poor Service @ Ethics

    Avoid this company, altogether. Had nothing but contract issues. Raises prices and continues service without communication or agreement. Dropped by with Spring services and a a healthy bill without agreement of services.

    Lawn maintenance

    Though I signed up for their very best program, they would come on days where the forecast was for close to 100% chance of rain and apply a product with a note "do not water for the next 24 hours". For the last 2 to 3 years, that seemed to have been the norm and I had to "de-weed" by hand. They burned my lawn significantly last summer. They would leave a phone message advising they would be coming to do the aeration the next day or shortly thereafter weather permitting, asking me to mark the sprinkler heads on my lawn (and there were nice sunny days) but they would not show up for weeks making it a struggle to cut the grass with all the markers on. I tried to call a few times to explain the issue as applicable, this never seemed to help. They always had an excuse but unfortunately, in my case, I have given up on "excuses".

    Dr.Greens company is unethical and are thiefs

    Last year they called me repeatedly to offer a plan and said that the first treatment would be free f I sign up for the plan and I can cancel if I don't like it. I made a huge mistake to agree. This was in June and they came in July for a pre winter treatment without calling or setting up a time. I called them and asked them to cancel the plan, however, they send me an invoice and when I called them to tell they say that they I have to pay. Later in winter they called again and offered me another plan for 250 dollars and said that if I sign up the contract they will adjust the previous amount. Now they are sending their bill each month with interest. Nobody should get into their promises of free treatment as they will trap you.

    Lawn Care Services

    DR. GREEN SERVICES WHERE TIMELY.. WHILE THE WEEDS WHERE NOT ERADICATED THE GRASS WAS WELL FERTILIZED. THE MEN WHERE OPEN TO SUGGESTIONS AND EXPLAINED WHAT COULD BE EXPECTED FROM EACH APPLICATION
